Tom is very good at these 1:1 interviews. This 2024 season is off to a hot start with 3 massive and current names in the sport. Keep it up!

Small, ad, or best off are little frustrating

A lot of good info if they could keep their titanic self importance out of the podcast it would be tolerable, can’t seem to make it through an entire episode without wincing about the lack of self awareness. I wonder if their giant heads smack together if they walk to close to each other?

Their nothing else to say but wow

This week on the beyond the grid is a three minute ad, for the podcast I’m already subscribed to that they insert into the feed so that they can place additional ads. Extremely poor form. Happy to unsubscribe and only check in for episodes when I want to to avoid the extra ads. That should help even out your cash grab.

What an inspiring episode! Fred Vasseur is an refreshing leader with no excuses! I found his acceptance of responsibility for all things now moving forward inspiring. We can all learn from this attitude and awareness! I know I will! I expect to see Ferrari taking a greater share of Podiums in the future!! Well done Fred!!

Great team covering all things F1

Great show! I have found out many things I wouldn’t have known otherwise from this show. Always a good listen and interesting. It’s a must if you’re any kind of F1 fan.

A good listen.

The British bias needs to stop. Damon Hill is unhinged and has a severe hatred for Max. Probably because of the similarities between Max and Michael. It most likely dredgers up a bunch of old wounds from his days battling Schumacher and getting beaten soundly. Tom is usually great. Patient soft-spoken journalist, who usually doesn’t go full on Mercedes clown, like Damon does. Natalie is completely irrelevant. Keep Tom and replace Damon and Natalie. Pedro is fine, but doesn’t necessarily offer much at all.

Very interesting interviews. My favorite.

I literally wait for this podcast each week to be available. TC is the best in the paddock and has been around long enough to know the character in depth and have insight to the history of F1. He has the best guests on the show.

I listen to every episode and they never disappoint. The people being interviewed are very engaged and thoughtful and that’s a credit to the Tom Clarkson’s questions and conversation. I listen to a lot of podcasts and I would rate this one as one of the very best.

I’ve really enjoyed listening to the podcast. As a fairly new follower of F1, I love learning about the drivers and teams, and getting their perspective about the sport. Can’t wait till 2023, when my hometown gets its very own race!!

This is my absolute favorite episode. It’s great to hear these stories from Beat’s amazing journey into Formula 1 Motorsport. I’m currently an electrician by trade, I’ve traveled a lot, and I’m a amateur mechanic/rally car driver for fun. It’s my first year as an F1 fan, and the stories of the engineers, and mechanics are so fascinating to me. Same passion as the drivers, it’s incredible. Keep up the great work, love the podcast!

What a cracking interview with Martin. Astonishing to hear of his accident and recover first hand. His insights his time with Senna and racing Hill (among others) were fascinating. I love this podcast. I live in the US and I have been a serious Formula 1 fan since the early 90s. I most enjoy the interviews with drivers from the 80s and 90s. Tom Clarkson has a unique talent at interviewing. Tom has an ability to make his guests feel comfortable and the end result is fantastic insights from his guests.

C’mon man. You think because the drivers and teams get a summer break that this podcast does too? No! Unacceptable. We better get additional podcasts throughout the offseason to make up for this terrible break in action.

I’m new to f1, got introduced to it from the Netflix series and immediately fell in love. This podcast is a great way to look in the past and get a history lesson on the Motorsport.

This is the best F1 related podcast, the mix of current and past personalities really make the show interesting and appealing to all types of fans. Tom does a fantastic job of providing us insight to the top personalities of the sport past and present. I have been obsessed with Formula 1 since 1974 and always learn something new when I listen to Beyond the Grid.

As a new F1 fan, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed these interviews. Clarkson is extremely personable and asks thoughtful, insightful, and interesting questions. You know an interviewer is great when they ask questions that you never would have though of on your own, but, are nonetheless questions that you really want the answers to. 5/5 podcast!

As a hobbist racer and son of a professional racer, these podcasts capture the essence of racing. Thanks for making this accessible. Absolutely brilliant!
