Taught by the James Tobin professor of economics at Yale, a man who is not only a distinguished professor but also owns a very large hedge fund. He is also quite funny. So you get a great blend of theory and practicality from a fun guy. Well worth the time! You will need a basic understanding of probabilities to understand the second half of the course. You will also need Excel with the Solver add-in. I have not been able to locate the course notes or problem sets that are frequently referenced.
