rache03333Big fanBeen listening for years - I’ve learned tons and have a much better life because of listening to Arielle and her guests. Changes for me - Sober, prioritize sleep, lift, eat real food, & love beauty stuff. You helped me avoid some silly med spa treatments. I feel like Arielle is my wise (not old lol) friend giving great advice! Keep doing what you’re doing!! If y’all don’t like the ads…skip them?

bxbx101No thanksWay too many ads and that try hard influencer accent makes this hard to listen to.

paige sturckowMCAS BestieI have loved your podcast for years but am especially excited for your MCAS content. I am 34 and a mom of three and was diagnosed with MCAS two years ago. If I am completely honest, I have had moments of feeling really defeated. The brain fog, joint pain, stomach pain, inflammation, fatigue, and feeling sick was really overwhelming. Add on the low histamine diet and I was a mess. Your quote in your recent solo of “no one can take away my matcha. I already have to give up chocolate” was so relatable!! I am so sorry for your diagnosis but I am also so grateful for you sharing your story and your road to recovery. You give me hope and can really be on the frontline of the MCAS community. I think a lot more people have this than they realize. Thank you for your vulnerability and sharing what is working for you. I am manifesting a Arielle Lorre, Low Histamine Cookbook!

CAS113458Gabby Bernstein was a miss for me…Truly a devoted listener who rarely misses an episode, but the recent conversation with Gabby Bernstein felt off in my opinion. The constant “my love” patronizing tone and general content had me leaving mid episode. Hoping this is anecdotal because I really love this pod!

JustMyOpinion<3Just no to pop apologistsIdk why Arielle would host those horrible women. As someone in the public eye I think she’d be more sensitive to platforming people who spread harmful conspiracy theories about Kate Middleton for clout. They made fun of a woman battling cancer and never even pretended to apologize for it .
-
Sally1829Love Arielle but please find a new network!Dear Media ain’t it. Hopefully a new network would force less ads too.
-
DJ K BruLoveI’ve listened for years. Big fan.

NutrifitbysashaLong adsOften interesting and pleasant to listen to but the ad breaks are super long and annoying

SemanaseAds are insaneThis was one of my fave podcasts for years but it’s nearly unlistenable at this point with the ads. No other podcast is half ads, several minutes long. It’s absurd. I’m so for you getting that bag girl but not at the expense of your listeners. Especially when it’s super clear a lot of it aren’t even things you actually use/we would be interested in.
-
grassymassyAds, ads, and more adsThe amount of ads on this podcast make it almost unlistenable. I enjoy some (not all) of the guests and listen occasionally, but I only listen if I’m able to be near my phone to fast forward through the ads. I listen to many podcasts, and none of them dedicate this much time to ads. I understand that ads are how podcasts make money, but this is excessive.

LisaG2424Could be so much moreEvery guest is an ad for another product. I think this diminishes her credibility and recommendations. Nothing seems genuine. The podcast could be so much more if it wasn’t solely a marketing platform for products. Often the conversations feel very surface level. The interviews are ads and then the commercials are more ads. The podcast could be so much more.

BrunettefileJust another rich girl preachingLately, some of the information on here is sketchy. For example, the health anxiety episode made me cringe using the “little t and big t” phrase. Also, while I appreciate Arielle no Botox journey and I know she has admitted to plastic surgery but some of the stuff comes across as tone deaf. Most of this podcast is for rich white women. Most people can’t afford these hacks. Arielle perpetuates the Notion that healthy is for the wealthy.

blueskies1234567Arielle does not always disclose adsArielle Lorre does not comply with FTC rules regarding influencers making sponsored posts clearly marked with “ad” or “sponsored” or “partner” etc. she recently did a whole Dior campaign and none of the posts or stories contain clear “sponsorship” language. When her fans asked her to add the proper language, Arielle responded by deleting the comments and BLOCKING her fans for simply asking her to clearly state when something is sponsored. So when you listen to this podcast, you may not always be told something is sponsored!!! Beware!!

cmbmnUsed to loveThis used to be one of my favorite podcasts, but I’m struggling with it recently. Arielle’s new relationship has made her less interesting. I was so looking forward to Arielle taking on the role of strong, independent, single woman, and wanted to join her on that journey. Instead, she quickly jumped into another relationship with a wealthy man and doesn’t seem to care as much about the podcast. Plus, her lavish lifestyle and constant vacations and fashion posts are tiresome, uninspiring, and out of touch.
-
inojbeckThe ironyWow, you have the most unwell food blogger on a podcast called “well” … that’s laughable. You can look at Tieghan and see how sick she is. Nobody wants any of her wellness tips.
-
Lauren199425LOVE THIS PODArielle is amazing- she really does feel like my internet bestie. I look forward to each new episode and find each one to be insightful. She has great conversations and is a respectful host. I have made so many positive wellness habits I’ve learned or discovered from the podcast.

alohaJanaLife changing & LovelyArielle Lorre’s podcast is my absolute favorite. She’s Genuine, informative... she asks great questions & is so lovely. Aman GabGreat Content, Ads Are ExcessiveHave been listening since day 1! Love the guests she brings on, her questions are fantastic, the topics are relevant and interesting. Overall very educational! BUT THE ADS. The ad breaks are anywhere from 5-8min every 10ish minutes. Will continue to listen but I hope her team can change this aspect of her show!
-
SKH302Waste of timeThe titles of the podcasts are clickbait. The topics are barely discussed if at all. Thanks.

JanedufLove the show todayColina Health - love this content and learned so much

Shilps324Way too many adsSoooo many ads and no real substance but I guess she has to pay for her lifestyle somehow! I won’t be funding it anymore.
-
Unhappy bumblerLove Arielle’s realness!Adding to an old review. I still enjoy the podcast most of the time but the number of ads is insane. It's like half of the episode. I listen to a lot of podcasts and none of them have so many packed in to one episode. This is one of my favorite podcasts. Arielle is refreshingly real and honest and a great interviewer, too. I love her solo episodes too and really value her experience and advice on pretty much everything. I love her Instagram account too. If you don’t follow you must! Quick update. I still love but way too many advertisements
-
bootwaterInteresting topics but too many adsI enjoy the topics but find myself turning off because the excessive advertisements.
-
Tlevit90EducationalLove the new name!!! I learn something new about health and wellness every episode. I always walk away feeling more knowledgeable than I antcipated.

carlyrenee2More pros than consI’ve listened for years and have loved the information and variety! I love the rebrand as well! Yes, some episodes I skip as with all podcasts. No one will agree with every episode. (For example, as a vegan, I’m not going to listen to the grass fed beef one). But I’ve learned so much from many other episodes. Cons: Dear Media is problematic as others have stated. Also, Arielle, I love you and your voice but sometimes the sound is off and I can hear every sniffle and it’s often! It might be the way the speak or again, the sound?!? It’s seems more common in recent episodes. I’m sorry, but it’s so distracting and those have become episodes I also skip!
-
cmazon944Too many ads have changed the flowI’ve been a listener for quite some time and truly enjoy this podcast. Great content and quality guests, unfortunately the continued additions of ad breaks have gotten to be excessive for such short episodes. None of the most successful podcasts have this many ads, this makes the listener question the integrity of your channel. I really hope you reconsider and scale back before it’s just a podcast of ads.
-
Danib67Love the guests on this show.I generally love the topics and the questions Arielle asks I have learned a lot from listening through the years.
-
rrrtayyGreat topics, too many commercials!Great topics, too many commercials!
-
MarycelestemBest mix of science and pop culture!Love Arielle and her guests. Such a good mix of scientific information in the wellness world plus juicy gossip/fun pop culture talk! Congrats on the rebrand! Love your growth mindset.

drunkoneh2oAbsolute favorite podcast!Love arielle and all things wellness.

lyssasoniOne of the best out thereI went in thinking that this would be another LA-influencer podcast, but I was proven wrong with the caliber of guests Arielle brings on her show. She’s very open about her life and each guest brings a new perspective about wellness, fitness, and recovery. Love, love love!
-
BennyB0402LOVE ARIELLE!I’ve been really enjoying The Blonde Files! The show does a fantastic job of focusing on health topics like gut health and mental wellness, all while keeping things relatable and grounded. Arielle puts life into a real perspective that resonates with real people, making complex health topics accessible and easy to understand. It’s refreshing to find a podcast that balances expert insights with practical advice for everyday life. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness!”
-
musicfever99This is what podcasts should beI have been listening to The Blonde Files Podcast for a couple of years now and this show keeps getting better with time. Arielle may look like someone you want to judge by their cover - a gorgeous cover mind you - but her personal stories, honesty, friendship-esque interview style, quality & variation of guests/topics keeps me coming back for more. Arielle seems genuinely interested in each episode topic, well-prepared for her guests and appears to be just a kind person overall. It’s nice to support someone like that in this oversaturated field.

lg64113Yikes. Out of touch.I used to learn a lot from episodes. Now, it’s word salad justifying her lifestyle. She’s growing more out of touch and has become pretty vapid. Inevitable I guess with the collection of yes people around her (case in point, her best friend who just hosted?) to echo back how courageous and perfect and brilliant she and her podcast is. It’s more disappointing than anything as she used to come off pretty driven, but clearly pursuing that degree and going back to school was all talk. Moving on, ✌️

eadshelleySo blind to reality and the average day to day womanI wanted to enjoy this show so much! I’m all about strong women and sharing their tips and ideas and health, etc. but I signed up for these episodes when I was going through a bad break up and needed a restart. I wanted to be more healthy and more mindful with money and emotions, etc., and all I’m listening to is crying about the most mundane things when women are out here trying to literally pay rent and put food on the table and you are bragging about being married to a billionaire and vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard with your new boyfriend and just so lying to the actual reality of what us women have to endure day-to-day having guests on saying the secret to get more money is go out buy things that make you happy. Write a book start a podcast. I’m sorry I am trying to literally afford an apartment to move into get a car, like something you honestly cannot relate to and it is so exhausting and depressing listening to you well when the average woman is struggling, bad unfollowed unsubscribe
-
CarlynneJoyLove Arielle, hate DMI love Arielle but am having an increasingly hard time supporting the show as long as she’s on the Dear Media network with their pseudoscience-right wing-grifter vibes. They allow guests to pay to appear on their shows, which I have to believe was the case with the recent Shamina Taylor episode. I hope Arielle doesn’t continue to have scam artists like her on; I will be unsubscribing if so.
-
love th bibleDr. John Delony episode was THE BEST!!!!I LOVED the episode with Dr. John Delony. So much insight, felt like I was listening into two friends just sitting together having a drink but with so much wisdom to share. It was also so sweet how at the end he validated Arielle and said “you’re gonna do great at your speech tonight”. Please have John on again. Quite possibly my favorite episode I’ve listened to on this podcast!
-
AM25*Absolutely greatJust discovered this podcast and love it! Very relevant topics, and interesting guests!
-

robingrl💝Incredible PodcastYou are so incredibly inspiring. Appreciate your honesty and sincerity. The Podcast has gotten better with every month that flys by. Thank you so much.
-
5678helloLove!One of my absolute favorite podcasts! Arielle really makes you feel like she is just talking to you one on one grabbing coffee on her solo episodes and the guests she has on are always amazing!!!
-
Lily PomusLove the showI love Arielle’s interview style and love the show. I also love the Patreon! I just have noticed the the guests over the last few months have been way less interesting…. Find myself skipping a lot of episodes. Still love the show though and am hoping it changes!
-
Elizabeth_K_A Solid Podcast with a Glaring IssueWhile I overall enjoy this podcast, I do think the privilege of you and your guests needs to be addressed. You and some of your guests constantly talk about lifestyle choices, which is certainly part of it. However, you come from a place where you can afford good medical care, have access to a variety of food, etc. I tune out at some of these conversations.
-
Abigail (@Abigail_Hope_)RegressingThe medium ep was not listenable. Too many “mm hmm” and the topic was not relatable or interesting. No idea why this was thought to be good content. Entire pod needs an overhaul
-
KarenbyAhem and Mmm every few seconds..!?I like this podcast but it’s so annoying to constantly hear her say “ahem” and “mmm” every few seconds when someone Is speaking. So annoying You don’t need to keep doing that, we know you’re there listening in the background.
-
we get it 12372574PleaseThe influencer voice is so out of control. Please stop talking like that, making it sound like there’s a period after every word
