    Austin and John have been hosting The Only Podcast for four years! But they doggedly refuse to change the logo that names the previous hosts, which, again, was four years ago. This accurately encapsulates the entire ethos of the show, and I respect it.

    This podcast always give me a chuckle, the 2 hosts are quite funny, with some great MSU sports discussion inside of it. Would highly recommend

    Disappointing
    Unfortunately found the commentary on this podcast to be heavy on the conjecture, with conclusions jumped to and the worst motives attributed to those the hosts want to complain about. Yeah, sure, MSU was just trying to stick it to Dantonio and Fickell by stepping up their game with competitive pay for Coach Tucker and his staff. Give me a break! Just keep stoking the outrage/conflict narratives based on assumptions, guys, I know, it’s quite popular these days. I’ll look for my Spartan news and commentary elsewhere. Particularly where the hosts are better informed and not stoking conflict for the sake of conflict based on pure speculation.

    Good content but sometimes terrible sound quality
    Great job covering all things MSU but you have to fix the voice modulation. Borderline unlistenable on some episodes.

    I listen every week despite it meaning I have to relive Dave Warner’s playcalling from the weekend before. That’s a testament to how entertaining and knowledgeable John & Austin are with MSU athletics. Keep it up fellas.

    I listen to The Spartan Beat, Spartan Speak, Press Quarters Podcast and Spartan Upper Deck (all great) but nothing compares with The Only Podcast. AC Smith and John Kirby do a terrific job keeping the show informal while also making it very entertaining and often comedic. Excellent podcast.
