It’s worth skipping the first 5-10 minutes, since it is just chit-chat. But after that, this is an amazing podcast - especially for this draw-dropping year of 2020. #GoJessica

If you’re a lawyer (like me) whose practice mostly doesn’t allow you to engage with the most interesting and important legal issues of this era or you’re an engaged (non-lawyer) citizen who’s looking for a source of smart, funny, easily understandable analysis of the most important legal issues of our time, this podcast must be in your library.

This podcast is great. Madeleine and Jessica take modern legal issues and break them down in layman’s terms. Their casual banter strikes the right balance between informative and entertaining. I love this show.

I’m so excited for this extended version of Madeleine Brand’s charm, wit and bankable, relevant social commentary alongside Jessica Levinson’s wisdom, anecdotal insights and humor. This is a “can’t miss” type of podcast.

I have always enjoyed the small discussions presented by both of you on KCRW but having a full episode via podcast is more of a great thing. Thank you.

This show is a great extension of the Press Play Legal Eagle segments. Madeline and Jessica have a nice banter and both are adept at breaking down complex legal issues surrounding today’s politics and flushing them out in a way a layman can understand and even enjoy. It’s fascinating stuff and the episodes fly by.

One of my favorite segments on Press Play is when Ms. Levinson joins Madeleine Brand. Their discussions on law are very accessible and entertaining so I’m looking forward to this pairing. Can I also give a shout-out to All the President’s Lawyer? I love that podcast too!!
