Never written a review before, but this podcast deserves a review…a great review! Rachel and George are hilarious, honest, and smart. I actually laugh out loud at their banter and George’s dry humor. I love their backgrounds and how they find humor, wisdom and respect “growing up Ramsey” & being raised by immigrants parents. This podcast is such a feel good show!!

Just found you guys a few weeks ago and have been listening nonstop when I’m in the car. Rachel and George, you both really crack me up! Really enjoy listening to your conversations and learning about the cocktails!

This is my new favorite podcast after seeing George and Rachel LIVE on the Live Like No One Else Cruise 🚢 I’m literally laughing while I listen! Nice to be with fellow millennials for pop culture and humor and financial wisdom! My hubby and I also borrowed the name of the pod for our budget meetings 🔥

My hour drive to work flies by when I’m listening to George and Rachel, I love this show and learn something new every week!

All the buzzing, clinking, pouring, sipping, beeping, humming noises are way way too much. Seriously it sends chills up my spine to hear these noises repeatedly throughout each episode. Is it too much to ask to just let me listen to the conversation? Real life conversations do not have these sound effects it changes the podcast from "letting me in on the latest info" vibe to "production for a senile grandma youtuber" energy and I'm not here for that. I loved this podcast - and even supported sponsors like CozyEarth and Going - but I will NOT be buying from sponsors until this podcast production and editing is improved. Please get rid of so much of the audio clutter and let me listen to Rachel and George!!

Rachel’s transparency gives me life

I’ve been listening to Dave for years but so happy they added this light-hearted and fun podcast to the mix. George had me laughing out loud as I couldn’t contain it even while at the gym with this last side side hustle episode. Great content and great talent from both George and Rachel!

We love the show. My wife showed it to me. Lately, instead of talking more about their lives and messing around they have these companies and ads sleekly woven into the conversation. I don’t remember this in the early episodes.

George and Rachel are one of the best podcast duos out there! I love the financial advice and encouragement, along with the fun and humor- I love every episode!

If any of y’all are concerned with the trajectory of this country as of late, you should know that Dave Ramsey goes hard for the Cheeto man. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rachel and George do, too. There are parts of this show that I enjoy a lot, but I can’t continue to listen to this podcast. This isn’t right wing vs left wing. This is the rich and powerful posing to be sympathetic to the lives of everyday people, meanwhile, putting money into the pockets of very dangerous people. I’m out.

This is the first show I’ve watched besides The Ramsey Show on the Ramsey Network. Overtime these two have slowly become my favorite to Ramsey personalities and this is becoming my new favorite show. They have great chemistry as hosts, and I love that the topics are lighthearted yet often full of wisdom. it’s so fun hearing Rachel’s stories growing up with Dave, and the episodes with Dave and Sharon were hilarious! I didn’t know much about George before listening other than hearing him occasionally on the Ramsey show but he quickly grew on me as well. I love how relatable he is and also humble! He also has a great sense of humor and makes great jokes. The intro song has slowly become my happy song and gets me dancing every time. I hear it come on as it means I’m listening to a new episode! Great work, Ramsey network. I love how Dave used his name to build more than just a brand for himself but a legacy!

George specifically has a really annoying habit of cutting people off mid sentence, sometimes even trying to finish their thought for them. He does this to Rachel often, but even Dave in this most recent episode. Please stop doing this it’s annoying to the listener and probably more annoying to guests/ Rachel. Other than that, love the show and the dynamic between you two!

Hey Rachel I was listening to you talk about the clean plate club and how your kids watch you throw away the food that they did not eat and then say they are hungry. Try what I did. They did not have to eat everything on their plate, but they had to eat a portion of everything on the plate or they could not have anything else. When they would not finish what they were suppose to eat, I would wrap it up and put it in the refrigerator. When they would say Later on that they are hungry I would happily offer to heat up their dinner. They never took that option haha. They said it was the most annoying thing.

What is with the weird and random sound effects lately? I actually used to like this show, but the constant sound effects that have nothing to do with the conversation are so distracting. I don’t know if I can continue listening!

I recently discovered Smart Money Happy Hour while on maternity leave. I have almost caught up completely over the past few months! I gave it a listen because I love Rachel Cruze, but I had never heard of George Kamel. I still love Rachel, but George has the best sense of humor & makes me laugh out loud constantly! I am glad to have this podcast to brighten my day on Thursdays when I have to return to work. Thanks so much Rachel & George - you are a great duo!

I love this show! I just finished bingeing the whole show last week and it’s really inspired me and my husband to take control of our finances and start budgeting! I love George and Rachel’s dynamic and the fun topics are a great vehicle to show the freedom that they desire for their listeners with the Ramsey method. It makes for a very inspiring show whether or not you are on the baby steps. George is my favorite with his millennial snark, but I also love how kind and fun Rachel is. It’s a perfect podcast to listen to while I work and I’m just sad now that I have to wait a week for more episodes instead of having a lot to listen to at one time. I also love listening to all the different drinks and especially love hearing their reactions. Merry Christmas!!

In the last three months, I’ve noticed clicking, swoosh, and bubble sounds periodically throughout the episode. It’s very distracting.

Love the show the dynamic between Rachel and George Probably first issues not sure what happened to the audio today. Thought it was part of the theme when the show started today but it kept happening. Sounded like talking into one of those kids echo microphones.

I absolutely love this podcast! George and Rachel are perfect cohosts for this show. It is hilarious and also informative. Thursdays are my Friday at work so I love listening on my drive and finding myself literally laughing out loud, keeping me in a good mood! EDITED TO ADD: That job is a dental hygienist and Rachel my sweet friend pls go to the freaking dentist and floss your teeth 😂🤣

I’ve been to Fayetville once and agree with George I would consider moving there! It’s a cute town that is growing. If Tennessee plays Arkansas your family should go to the game! Or Table Rock Lake is a Great Lake to visit! Then take a day trip to Springfield Missouri to visit Bass Pro Shop wonders of wonder life! Oh and the Branson outlet mall (keep an open mind with the lulu lemon outlet I found a few cute items I wouldn’t buy at normal price but was good deal at the outlet)!

I listen on the Ramsey app but wanted to review on a major platform. This pod is so dang good! Rachel and George have me actually laughing every episode! Such a great duo. I love how they talk about the new, the old, and bring it back to money to make it relevant. I’m going back in the catalog on the Ramsey app and binging every day. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently just started a budget and are buckling down on not needed spending. I just happened to find this podcast during that time about two weeks ago. I have been non stop binge listening! Rachel and George not only offer great advice, they are extremely relatable and funny! This is probably my favorite podcast. Never a dull moment.

I’ve been a big fan of The Dave Ramsey Show, so I really wanted to love this show too, but honestly, it’s been boring. The topics don’t seem as engaging, and I have to say, the producer or the lady who chimes in is way too loud—it’s really distracting. I do enjoy listening to Rachel and Ken, but they definitely need to cover better topics to keep it interesting. Two stars 1 for Rachel and 1 for Ken.

Todays show was SO how I grew up in KS, middle class….I just get a laugh every week with this podcast. You talk about all kinds of things and it’s just such a fun, uplifting show that also teaches people about SMART MONEY! I laugh out loud in my car pretty much every episode….just love you guys!! Btw-I’ve been a Dave Ramsey fan for over 15 yrs and still listen to the Ramsey show as well. Keep them coming!! Love all you do for our world by spreading common sense (which isn’t very common anymore) and just great Godly advice.
