Love how this show has evolved over the years!
I used to listen to Leanne years ago when I was keto and I learned so much from her. Today, years later, I tuned back to her podcast and I’m happy to see how much this podcast has evolved and I look forward to see where it all goes! I hope to hear more about the high protein approach.

    Comprehensive wellness
I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and it has answered so many questions (some I didn’t even know how to ask) about what’s going on with my body. I’ve struggled with chronic fatigue, migraines, mental health challenges and so many other symptoms that I didn’t know where to start! I love that this podcast is chocked full of useful education parsed into a language I can understand. Leanne shows you what amazing, resilient bodies God has given us and she speaks from a world of experience and wisdom. You must give it a listen!

    Love the candidness
I have been listening to Leanne for years. I did the keto diet with her, used her cook books and guides. And now I love her body composition journey and am learning so much! The best thing about Leanne is she does not hold herself back, even if it she loses audience, she will tell you what is going on with her. She makes her intentions clear and doesn’t sell an image.

    My most favorite podcast EVER!
Leanne has been instrumental in my healing journey. What I love about her podcasts, is that she is constantly learning more, and bringing incredible guests with a variety of topics. My most favorite part about her podcasts though, is her incorporating her faith into her podcasts and bringing incredible guests that also are faith based! Also really excited for the new name change of the show :)

    Copy
The intro is using Jenna Kutcher’s intro and you just replace some words, extreme tacky and disappointing

    Fantastic podcast
I have been listening to this podcast for many years and look forward to each one. I even had the pleasure of meeting Leanne at a book signing. She is so warm, personable and authentic . I have learned so much from her podcasts and have enjoyed following her along her own journey of growth and development. I highly recommend this podcast!

    Intro
I love Leann’s new intro! So personal, and really speaks to her new objectives. The podcast has taken on a new flavor, and I really love it. I’m enjoying hearing about her workout journey. It’s very inspiring.

    Trumpy. Ew.
Total Trump supporter vibes, lots of right-wing dog whistles like “do your own research”, and overall EXTREMELY condescending of listeners. In one recent episode, the guest (an RD) went on and on for at least five minutes about how sad it is that our culture expects practitioners to be experts, and how we need to be able to “do our own research” in order to find what works for us… Like, aren’t they talking to their client base here? People who WANT to learn more about their health and are trying to sift through the noise - and yet the host and guest couldn’t stop demeaning people who “listen to podcasts to try things” (actual quote! From a podcast! That wants you to try THEIR thing!), and I turned it off immediately. No thank you. I will not waste my time being spoken down to, and neither should you.
  • Maylay G
Seems like a very long advertisement
After purchasing her book I thought I’d subscribe for more tips and tricks, but it seems every episode is about selling supplements and sauna blankets. The detox episode is literally just an advert for that particular sauna blanket company. Surely there can be more ways to detox your body than simply sweating?

    Love this show!
I really appreciate the content included on this show. I’ve gotten so many useful tips and ideas from listening. Thanks for everything you do!

    What a great find!
I am so glad I found this podcast! Leanne has taught me so much in a very short time and she is so easy to listen to. If I happen to miss an episode when it’s released, I make sure I go back and catch up. Thank you so much for doing what you do!
  • BajaCoyote
    Brutally honest & practical
Leanne speaks openly about her personal journey and the many obstacles she has overcome in her pursuit of health and happiness. After listening you’re going to feel like “If she can do it, so can I!” Fortunately, she also provides tools to put your motivation into action.
  • Egskomo
    Great podcast
I love this podcast. It gives a lot of great information backed up with data as well as practical tips and practices to help women (and men, but I especially enjoy the insight into women’s health) get healthier.
  • ElleSvenn
    Love Leanne and this podcast!
I’ve followed Leanne for years and her content just gets better! I’ve learned so much through the guests that she interviews, but I think I’ve learned the most from her recently through her series on bloodwork patterns and how to read my own labs. She provides such valuable information on her podcast. I’m inspired to keep digging and keep discovering my own health journey.

The is such an interesting, informative podcast! Leanne is easy to listen to, a wealth of knowledge, and curates the amazing guests. Highly recommend!
  • hblasdell
    Love this podcast!!
This podcast has truly been life changing for me! Leanne has helped me to improve my quality of life and overall health. Her down-to-earth approach to very complicated and technical topics makes it feel so approachable. I love the guests that she chooses for the show and have followed many of them as well. I love her discussions on inflammation and hormones and adding carbs related to cycles. It has shown me why I maybe don’t feel as well eating strict keto certain times of my cycle. Leanne is such an amazing human and I feel grateful to have her in my life with this podcast. 🥰🥰
  • LaurenWorsham
    My favorite podcast!
TKDP is the best for so many reasons. Very informative, different perspectives on the same topic, entertaining, and really gets you to think about how to approach the way you nourish your body. Thank you Leanne, congratulations on 400!

    Can’t stop listening!
Love this podcast- i’ve been keto now for a couple years of&on and during a pregnancy too and trying to find balance with breast-feeding ..I wish I would have found this podcast sooner to help me in my journey. I am now back to full keto and really trying to stay on track with it and this podcast is definitely helping motivate me and keep me informed and also giving me more details and information on how my body works and uses energy!
  • qlapbtx
    Love this podcast
I love this podcast! Love love love it! Great interviews, great insight. I also love the format and I actually love the commercials too! I started keto because of its link to helping with Alzheimer’s. MCT and coconut oil are the biggies. I learn a lot from Leanne and can’t wait to learn more!
  • Dr Jockers

    Absolutely wonderful!
Love Leanne and all she has to offer! She does such a great job of breaking down the information. I love that she recognizes how everyone is so different and gives solid recommendations on how to personalize Keto to your specific needs. This podcast has been life changing!

Best health & wellness podcast out there!
Leanne provides us with thoughtful and educational content with support from experts in the field. She also brings real people with real stories on whose stories resonate with so many of us! I look forward to every week’s episode!
  • Urbangal29
    Love the show!
Really informative! Expert guests but breaks it all down for the rest of us! ☺️ Love that it’s women focused!
  • redlulu
    Repetitive
Leanne has lots of amazing knowledge that she has developed. I like her style. This podcast, however, seems a little like she’s lost interest and it’s a way to bring in revenue through adds. Many episodes are repeats. Or even repeats of her reading her book. And the incessant breaks for ads is just too much. In a 30 minute episode, there might be 10 actual minutes of information. There is the occasional episode that’s great like the how to read labs and that keeps me coming back. But I don’t listen to every episode any more.
  • really?🤨
    Absolutely brilliant!
I love, love, love Leanne! She shares such wonderful information and is so passionate about it. She has the gift of breaking down hard to understand information and making it approachable. And she is real! She shares the truth as far as she knows it. Leanne shows so much grace in allowing for everyone to be different in what their bodies need to thrive. I really appreciate her perspective. And now that Jesus got a hold of here… the podcast is even better! I mean it’s a Christian show about women’s health. It contains so many elements that I love to learn and talk about☺️ Thank you Leanne, keep up the good work!
  • MotorboatJones
Too many breaks/ads and info directed at one demo
This podcast COULD be a great resource. Unfortunately, every single episode gets inundated with so many breaks for ads when a guest is making a great point. It is completely disjointed and difficult to follow. The intros are also interminably long. Just get to it already. A 10-second intro is sufficient over 1-2 minutes. In addition, a great majority of topics are directed toward women. That’s fine but call the podcast keto diet for women podcast. There is hope but it’s not for me in its present form.
  • jes🥰
Way too many breaks and ads
It feels like every 8 minutes there is a break and or ads. It’s too much and it’s so repetitive.
  • Jackie Watson
    Always informative
I never miss one of Leanne’s podcast. I always pick up some nugget of information from her. Always. I love her common sense approach to a healthy lifestyle. It’s not an “all or nothing” militant mentality. It’s about doing better than you were to make you FEEL better. It’s not all about how you look, that is just a bonus! She is very down to earth and easy to listen to. She doesn’t talk down to you, she talks with you. I download them and listen in my car (I’m a sales rep and am in my car a lot) and it is like I’m having a conversation with a friend
  • graceec37
    All over the place
I wanted to like this podcast. I listened to several episodes. There is way too much information in between the commercials and product reads. (I know she needs to pay the bills but it’s ALOT) ) I don’t argue the fact that she is knowledgeable but to cram 1000 things into 18-20 minutes doesn’t work if you want to inform and help people. Maybe a podcast isn’t the best platform, unfollowing today.
  • consciousketo
A wealth of knowledge ealisly broken down
Leanne is one of the most knowlegeable people in the field of ketogenic diets and nutrition. She is also very fun and personable and makes any topic easy to digest. The infomation she bring is vitally important for good health and healthy weight loss.
  • PandaJosephine
    Hits the mark
I’ve been doing keto for a little over a year now. I’ve lost over 60 lbs doing keto and I’m on my journey for those last 10 lbs which for me has been the hardest. These podcasts have really kept me motivated, focused on my goals, & reminded me of all the benefits this lifestyle has offered me and so much more! The different ways people have found success with keto that she covers is really great! It gives me more insight every week.
  • CoriJuniper
    Knowledgeable and relatable
These episodes are packed with information, and Leanne asks such insightful questions during interviews to get the most from her conversations with guests!
  • SRHHPALN
    Kind of annoying
Honestly this podcast kind of drives me nuts. Whenever I search for a topic, her podcast often pops up, as she covers so many things I’m interested in! But I never end up finishing a podcast because she doesn’t seem to cover a topic thoroughly & succinctly. She also says things VERY confidently, while speaking from her experience rather than from data, which bugs me. Some of the stuff she’s said on here completely contradicts what I’ve heard/read elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But bottom line, she just gets under my skin. 😬 Sorry!
  • SMC_MN
    Dallas Jenkins episode..
Just listened. At a mid way point through the episode, Dallas was talking about hyper sensitivity and he mentioned that he didn’t care about what others had to say/if they criticized him. He also stated he did his own research and would keep doing what he wants to do if he thinks he is right. Just a head’s up: that’s not a good outlook to have in life. You’re just going to press forward even if what you are doing is a mistep? For example, he stated his doctor said he has high cholesterol. Fyi: having high cholesterol on keto isn’t normal. You get that way on keto/paleo/carnivore by eating industrial or processed meats. You might want to lay off the bacon, even if the people on your production crew like your high energy level. You should eat grass fed meats vs. processed meats - you’re a walking heart attack if you continue. Do not go on a podcast and talk about stuff like this if you are not a professional on these topics - it just gives people piss poor advice that is actually harmful. 😕
  • Ilovefatsomuch
    Super Relatable
I can’t read a book or listen to a podcast that does not mention the benefits of ketosis. I am so thankful for Leanne. She is extremely knowledgeable and her guests are some of the top experts in the field. I recommend this podcast to anyone that is interested in eating a keto way!!!
  • bball1987
    Game Changer
I could talk for hours about all of the helpful information and several positive mental shifts I have gained from the Keto Diet Podcast, but there’s not enough time for all that. If you are female or you are keto, and especially if you are a woman on keto, this podcast is a must listen. With Leanne’s help, my hormones have become more balanced than they have been in years, and I no longer feel I have have to muscle through keto. I feel empowered with the information I need to live a thriving keto lifestyle. I am nourishing my unique body, and my body is responding by healing. I’m so thankful for Leanne and for her work! She’s a wealth of knowledge, and her guests are, too. Get ready to binge listen!
  • TinyAppointment
    Confusing content
I used to like this podcast. The host is very genuine but I think she needs therapy to build a sense of identity (new age and now Christianity and being saved, different diets, opinions etc.)
