Cowboy Spike 40Variety of EM TopicsGreat variety and always engaging. The guest posts and themed series have been great.

Dave H TNot preparedAs a PA run podcast I am disappointed in this offering. I listen to the G/C episode this AM on my way to work and I was amazed at how unprepared it presented. The questions presented were poorly answered and focused more on anecdotal medicine for some aspect vs pulling the specific EBM for support.

NCFirePoliceGreat content without an uptight presentationChip does a great job keeping the shows informative and focused. He also does well on being a “real” person and does not act like a robot.

Bill in MSTop notch podcastI recently discovered Total EM, and am enjoying the podcast. I am an ED RN, but I have discovered that the content provided by the likes of Drs. Scott Weingart, Anand Swaminathan, Jeremy Faust, Lauren Westafer, et al are more likely to satisfy my learning needs. Please keep up the great work.

ChristifulliEmphasis on EBMI really appreciate how Chip breaks down topics and informs you on the evidence or lack of evidence to support it. I recommend this podcast to all providers who work in emergency medicine! Keep up the strong work.

Firemedic 76Great new podcastTotal EM is a great new podcast full of practical information and educated points of view that can actually be put to use by pre-hospital providers and emergency providers in the rural and rural-urban interface settings. Great information and a enjoyable, well spoken listening format. (In the interest of full disclosure, I know Mr. Lange personally, or more accuratley "knew him" as it's been a number of years since we've been in contact, but I'd also be perfectly willing to let him know if he was making a crap product, and he's not). (Me: I've been a paramedic since 2003, have worked in multiple full time aspects since then including internationally, have trained in wilderness medicine, provided humanitarian assistance, and have a Masters Degree in Public Health)
