I always enjoy a different, “inside” look at the Browns, but I can’t listen anymore until you figure out how to have a professional sounding recording. I can look past the voice for the sake of the content. Get more professional please and I will subscribe again.

He does a great job staying on top of breaking news daily and I know that’s a lot of work. However, the more I listen, the more I hear the snarky attitude towards, not just the material, but fans that listen to his snark. Terrible at taking criticism too, and addresses it, often in the show itself. The attitude ruins the listening experience for me. Sorry man

Appreciate the hard work and consistency. Hate to complain but that’s what reviews are for, right? Part of being a professional is taking honest feedback under consideration That said…Jeff has to stop saying “obviously“ so often. I cringe every time. And the smoker’s cough is just not pro. But hey, I’m a fan and I’ll keep listening regardless.

Great insight, not swayed by general consensus

I’m not sure when Jeff started saying obviously 80 times a episode but it’s annoying. The show was so good 2 years ago and now just garbage.

Enjoyed the show for several years and Jeff is great….but content cut by 50% and commercial breaks every 6-7 minutes in last year.

Show is good but the sound quality is choppy. Hard to follow song when your breaking in n out. This is the only locked on podcast I have this problem with.

It's so hard to listen to. One person is always way louder than the other. Everyone sounds like they are talking in a tin can.

Been a Browns fan for over 30 years, love the show. Jeff, you got a look up the words you use brother. Many many of them do not mean what you think they do and it sounds terrible.

Good hosts. As positive as we can be as Browns Fans. Fun show.

I was always a big fan of the show. And although Pete’s arrogance was super annoying, I would at least feel like I learned something from him. Not to be mean to Garrett Bush, but I certainly don’t get that same vibe. Now it just sounds like two guys in a bar ranting. Bring back Pete! I still got love for Jeff, though.

The new format is beginning to lose me. Stop trying to imitate espn type “contrast and debate” shows. Stick to sports. Extensive comments on social agendas are inappropriate and belong on political podcasts. You guys can do better by sticking to sports . Stopped subscribing after 4 years. Disappointing change in format and focus .

Don’t see myself listening with Pete gone. He made the show go with the knowledge he brought on the browns/draft prospects

By far and away the best Browns podcast out there. If you like real football talk about the Cleveland Browns you’ve found your home.

Jeff Lloyd is lame, but Pete Smith is the worst high-horse mfer ever. He pats himself on the back every chance he gets, and they both were really gross talking about being happy Jarvis Landry was hurt.

Discussions are pretty good but the sound quality is ridiculously poor.

Elite information. This is where you want to be as a Browns fan. Great content, not drawn out unnecessarily. Good guests, different perspectives. Subscribed immediately. Jeff and co do a fantastic job

I want to like this pod but the audio is very amateurish. I’ve also read multiple reviews going back multiple months saying the same thing so I’m not sure why these guys don’t upgrade their gear and/or production. Host gets very ramble-y as well with a lot of “um” and “sooooo”. Could be good but need to get it cleaned up. Especially when you have so many great Browns podcasts out there.

Host sounds like he’s talking in his bathroom. Buy a decent microphone. Very hard to hear

Jeff Lloyd and crew bring their “A” game everyday - for a Jersey-boy he understands the mentality of Cleveland fans and their loyalty - a treasure

There are stretches where Jeff is putting out a show daily, sometimes two(!) but this current stretch is nearly two weeks of no show. The last show on the feed is April 22 which is well before the draft and there’s no post draft shows. I was willing to assume that maybe something personal is keeping Jeff off the airwaves but today I’m watching a segment where Jeff is talking Browns with another podcast (OBR) in a YouTube breakdown. Just seems strange. If the tag line of the pod is “daily delivery of all things dawg pound” then it should be daily. If it can’t be daily then don’t use that as your tag line.

Out or state Browns fan...Jeff absolutely crushes these and provides detailed information!!!

I hope this guy doesn’t get paid to do this; I mean how about you have some respect for your listeners and spend some money a mic. Get good kid!!!!

The host Jeff seems like a real nice guy but he makes this podcast almost unlistenable. The guests are great but he often interrupts them when they are sharing insight. He doesn’t have feel for the flow of good conversation. His thoughts on the state of the Browns rivals a conversation with a drunk guy at a sports bar; not much depth. Not sure how he got this gig but he clearly is not a professional in this field. In today’s show I heard him pop another soda can (or beer) as well as a loud sneeze directly into the microphone. Not to mention, not sure how long he’s been a Browns fan but he is often incorrect when speaking on their history. They need to upgrade the host position ASAP.

Been listening for the past year. Some occasional sound/technical hiccups, but the content & dialogue is top notch. Love the passion from Jeff and the expertise from Pete.

I listen to the pod for intelligent football conversation, insight, and excellent guests who bring in fresh/different perspectives. Definitely been a solid addition to my Browns podcast rotation. My biggest negative is that the host is not a trained professional speaker. I say this as constructive criticism as I also speak to crowds for a living. There are a lot of verbal crutches (um, uh, you know, like) that throw off the flow. This is something that is addressed in any professional speaking training. The best way to address these crutches are scripting and prep so that you’re not pausing and thinking about what to say next. I recognize podcast conversational formats, but it’s just too numerous throughout every podcast. There are also weird technical issues that have occurred in multiple pods such as hearing the “3, 2, 1” countdown into the start of the podcast or a long gap of unexplained silence. Feels like an editing issue. The host does bring good inflection and animation though so I think that certainly adds to the delivery. Overall, the content is top notch, delivery, both production and performance has room to improve.

I’ve really enjoyed listening to this show. It’s the perfect length which makes it easier to find time to listen to it daily. Jeff does a great job of telling it like it is while keeping things positive, which is not something we’re used to in Cleveland media personalities. Also really enjoy the crossover shows and PFF episodes. I appreciate the insight and information they provide on the play of position groups that an average fan doesn’t evaluate well. Would recommend to any Browns fan! Keep it up fellas.

Enjoyable and informative

Love the show, listen daily. Informative. Jeff’s audio breaks up quite a bit tho.

Is Pete arrogant? Yes. Is the sound quality not always the best? Yes. Does Jeff reuse phrases to the point it gets exhausting? Yes. But this is far more informative and far more in depth than any other podcast I could find. The frequent guests, the cross-over episodes, the weekly shows with PFF, and the draft coverage all make up for every shortcoming possible.

Great rotation of guests with different styles of analysis. Each day gets you a different feel. Lots of bad browns podcasts out there. This isn’t one of them.

Tried to give it a listen and the audio cut in/out numerous times. I would recommend a different Browns podcast if you’re looking for real opinions with real reasons to back them up. The host does not have a great voice and is actually mean on Twitter. Browns fans should AVOID this podcast at all costs.

Been listening since the beginning when Jared Mueller was the host. Jeff Lloyd has been amazing since taking over a few years ago. Jeff works his tail off to make fresh content that gives smart insight almost every single day. My go to for my daily fix of Browns talk. Smart and unbiased, keep up the great work!

The show is very informative and the host spends a ton of time preparing and it shows. When they have draft experts like Stephen Thomas it is def a must listen
