    I’m excited for Choose Hard but every episode I’ve listened to so far Cody talks so fast and seems to ramble a bit. In his candid talk with (other) Cody I can’t even catch any of the names they mention. Want to love but I haven’t been able to stay engaged with any new episodes.

    Cody has a unique ability to “dumb” things down for everyone that’s even remotely interested in bettering themselves. Whether that be physically, spiritually, emotionally, financially, etc. Cody shares context and advice in a very humble manner, but with enough “umph” to help you understand the reasoning and why. This podcast is a staple for me and my never ending pursuit of growth, period. Thanks Cody and the Tailored team!

    Cody is the MAN! I’ve been listening to this podcast for over 2 years (haven’t missed an episode, by the way) and have been fortunate to be one of his clients since February ‘24 and I don’t know of a better blend of knowledge, wisdom, authenticity, but most of all, EFFECTIVENESS. The value he provides in the podcast, as well as coaching, is priceless, especially for someone like me who is also a fitness coach that tries to be the best he can be as a coach and person. This podcast has helped me develop exponentially over the last couple years, and I couldn’t imagine I would have nearly the ability or belief in myself without Cody, the TCM community, and the Tailored Life Podcast!

    Used to love this podcast. Recently the content has gotten bland. His voice has become so monotone. There is no back and forth anymore and he seems so scripted, without any fluctuations in his voice! He doesn’t sound excited about his content anymore and it’s heartbreaking!

    Sounds like a hyperbole, but, really. If you don’t listen to or read anything else fit/nutrition-related, listen to these podcasts. Cody just get is. Not just the science, but how to integrate it all into “Gen pop” life. I especially love how he’s not dogmatic - because that’s not helpful. He understands every human is different and thus applying the science to everyone might look a bit different. I love the science/research review pods and the Q/A the most. I think it’s great that he and Travis don’t pretend to know everything and they’re just real people, wanting to help other real people.
