    Witty and informative
Thoroughly enjoying this podcast. 3 key factors for me are their musical backgrounds, their having discovered these bands in real time, and the fact they are from Australia. As an American who didn’t start blowing my allowance on Import 12” before 1984 it’s interesting to see things through a different lense. Plus the camaraderie they obviously share makes them guys you want to hang out with!

    Post-Punk fun
Great podcast about music that was just before my time but came to love soon after. Great production, interesting conversation and funny.

    Yes!
I love this podcast. These guys have a great rapport, don’t take themselves seriously, and love the music. Plus, they’re funny. I can’t wait until they do and episode on The Church. I mean, c’mon — The Church!!

    Music I know, and bands I don’t
Found this by searching a band I knew, but I’ve enjoyed every episode. The hosts have known each other for ever and it’s fun to hear their friendship come thru as they talk about all this great music. Hope they continue to create new episodes!!

Thank you so much for a thoroughly enjoyable, insightful, and well-crafted podcast, gentlemen. Keep up the great work. Any chance of a Midnight Oil or New Order episode? Cheers and thanks!

    Wow.
Really enjoying these episodes a lot. A truly gratifying podcast for fans of the genre. I’d really love to hear your takes on The Damned and The Cramps, but am unsure they make your genre requirements. Carry on!

    Best Music Podcast
I listen to several and this is hands-down the best music podcast available. The only downside is that they are released so infrequently. I’ve had to listen to several episodes multiple times to get my fix. I wish I could have a pint with these guys. Listening to them is like talking to an old friend.

    Amazing
These guys are amazing. Fun, funny, smart, informed. They were there during the time seeing these amazing early new wave tours. Their friendship and love for the music comes through. Keep it up guys! My favorite podcast from your fan in Oakland, California.
