i'm a podcast expert and this one is great

Cast does not take themselves too seriously. Their music jingles are excellent. Put away your sensitivity if you’re older than 50 or American or if you get annoyed by people saying old people don’t know what the internet is. I skip most of the episodes where the guest is American but I do recommend #3 where a guy talks about the history, background and motivations behind the terms reactionary, conservative, and liberal.

I found this podcast and in a few months listened to hundreds of episodes. The hosts are funny and the fact that the topics are so mundane makes it a real feel-good listen. Their Patreon is worth it for that double content

Hands down, BV and the premium episodes (the patreon is really worth it) are the media I most look forward to each week. Although it is Australia focused, I don’t find that an issue as an american. The most important factor is the hosts. The four hosts are all capable of true knee snappers at anytime. The cold opens they are doing are some of my favorite bits. They are really good at keeping things feeling light while reviewing some depressing news The hosts never talk over each other, and again are all really funny. The only 3+ host podcast that flows that well. I’m actually sadden when I see the show notes and see that a host is missing, although the show is still great regardless. Any of them could carry an episode on their own. Thanks for being a source of uproarious laughter during the quagmire the usa and much of the world is currently in

The nonchalance on display here is truly masterful. It’s enough to make me think it’s cultural as much as individual. They’re Australian - there may be a New Zealander or two in there, I honestly couldn’t tell you. Ok full disclosure: I listen to this podcast because the hosts’ lack of intonation helps me fall asleep. But they’re good, you will like them.

Took me awhile to get to it, but after a few eps Boomta is one of my faves of the left Twitter podcast constellation — it’s a funny good one & I think you’ll like it 👍 hosts include @LucyXIV and @thomas_violence, who you may know from the Internet.

It’s very soothing because British prison colonies have the nicest voices except maybe lord of the rings islanders. The politics are boring because kangaroo types don’t have as many reality stars. Very good to listen to before going to sleep at night.

Politics in the US is all f’ed up right now, so it’s nice to know that politics are also f’ed up in the land down under.

I like to listen to the accents and to learn that Woolworth is a grocery store chain down under.

Amusing, but there are better ways to spend one's time than listening to "socialists" who find Chinese "influence" on a genocidal settler colonialist state "troubling" and think Bernie Sanders is actually good.
