During these unusual times, I have found the human stories behind the long run and the great people in our industry a wonderful treat. I listen while walking the hills of SF and feel connected to our community even when we are apart. Thanks Luke. Keep up the awesome work focused on people.

I am someone that is not in the bio tech world, but find it absolutely fascinating. Luke has a great ability as an interviewer to ask questions that makes complex bio tech topics, understandable and not condescending to people are not immersed in the bio tech world.

The list of the guests is fantastic. I only wish that the interviewer would let the guests talk and explain things significantly more. I don’t believe we the listeners are very interested in the interviewer’s personal views or his non-expert interpretations, some of which are often both shallow and unnecessary.

Lots of interesting and unique perspectives here—would suggest that Luke talk/ramble less and focus on the interviewee. At times it feels like Luke imposes his views/input on the guest which takes away from the story.

I never miss and episode. Would love to see you get one of the Incept founders on. Fred Khosravi and Amar Sawhney have a unique business model and would be a great interview for Luke.

Big fan of Luke! But he needs to drink 2 shots of espresso before these interviews and watch a couple mainstream cooking shows to see how to keep audiences engaged. These could probably be half the length with the same content. Otherwise, great podcast content and guests!!

A great listen for anyone who is going into industry or is an investor in biotech. I would love to see more episodes of deans of biotech grad schools to understand their point of view as well. Thank you, Luke!

Biotech historians of the future will spend hours restoring the inaudible recordings with the important pioneers who Luke has access to. I wish I could hear some of the recent interviews. If I were producing these I would scrap the junk and spend more time and money on production equipment and process. Send Luke $ so he can do this. These are important interviews for those of us following the astounding explosion of new therapies yielding incredible benefit to our species.

No one beats Luke for the breadth of his biotech knowledge, the depth of his network of sources, and the keenness of his understanding of the drug development process. Everyone who works or invests in this industry needs to be listening.

Great idea for a podcast that doesn't exist today. I think this will help laypeople understand the massive risks people take in biotech and how hard it can be to push science forward. I'm a subscriber to the TR and love the content you make Some feedback to make the podcast even better: Focus more on the origin story of the company and of the interviewees. There is such a rich fabric of events to discuss on the early development of RNAi, for example, but this interview barely touched on any of it! I also felt like I didn't learn anything new about John. Keep questions short and leading questions few and far between. On the drug pricing issue in particular I felt like you did most of the talking. I want to hear John's point of view! Limit the amount of current events discussion. This content will be evergreen if it focuses on origin story, science, progress, pitfalls, triumphs, etc. Hope this helps. Can't wait for more episodes!
