    Thought-provoking
I am a huge fan of the podcast, having listened to every episode. JP and Nate are easy to listen to and their guests provide insights that are applicable to the home, the corporate office or any sport. The episodes without guests are always topics that are in the forefront of sports and society. I look forward to each release on Sunday.

    Amazing Podcast
To find a coaching podcast which emphasizes being a transformational leader and setting our athletes up for success both in and out of sports has been truly amazing. JP and Nate do a great job of finding quality people to interview and take you on a journey with them which will lead to a better version of us as coaches and hopefully the best version of our kids as both athletes and young adults. Thank you so much for what you do. I am extremely grateful I found this podcast!

    No longer alone
It's beautiful to find a group of people that are openly and freely talking about the things that can make those feel very alone or lost when coaching. I appreciate how they bring up the hard things, tell their own personal stories, but above all, approach their ideas in the most wide-reaching and encouraging manner. I really enjoy their different takes on the multiple topics that go into being a better coach and person, and the very cool guests they bring on are just an awesome added bonus! They evoke thoughtfulness and challenge us coaches to be better and I'm so here for it! Thank you guys for going beyond straight game skills and really investing in the most important parts, please don't stop!!

    A Must listen Podcast
Absolutely one of the best podcasts out there for leadership in general. A lot of the content is basketball driven but you can apply these concepts in any work environment that requires leadership. Keep up the great content !

The most transformative basketball coaching podcast there is!
I have been listening to this podcast for the past year and it never gets old. The topics, advice, and anecdotes always find a way to touch on the deeper parts of coaching and interpersonal relationships with players and parents. Understanding the “why” of coaching and “how” to truly create a positive culture for athletes of all ages is where this podcast separates itself from the rest of the ones out there. This podcast is so much more than X’s and O’s. It’s a deep dive into how to create a better environment for players to succeed, build resiliency, and become better people in the process. The information they provide is solid gold and a MUST listen for any youth coaches today.

    Excellent Coaching platform
Great way to learn from other coaches. The topics are perfect for any level and there isn’t a podcast that a coach shouldn’t be able to gain some insight on how to be a better person, teacher, or leader. Thank you all so much for the work you are doing to help all of us.

    Outstanding content every time
I’m not a big podcast guy, but this is a great one! They cover a wide variety of topics, and all of them have something that I can put into practice with my team. A must listen in my mind.

I love what JP has going with the Thrive On Challenge Podcast. I always pick up a few actionable things I can use with my team every time I listen!

    An invaluable coaching resource
I believe that sports are a really excellent way to help kids build character. They can teach them how to work hard, handle disappointment, take calculated risks, and get along with others. They're also really fun. But too many youth sports environments focus on winning over character, and that's where this podcast--and transformational coaching--comes in. As a youth soccer coach I'm committed to creating an environment that helps my athletes grow as both people and players. I've picked up so much great advice on how to do so from this podcast. JP and Nate are very likable hosts--they're knowledgeable and humble--and they bring on a wide variety of excellent guests. I like that it’s pithy too: each episode is no more than 30 minutes. I’ve recommended it to other coaches who’ve gotten a lot of out of it too, and I’m sure I’m a better coach because of it. Thanks for the great work!

Coaches - Tons or ideas in only 30 minutes!
I consider myself a life long learner. I consider myself someone who always wants to find a better way. This podcast is the most relevant content for especially HS head and assistant coaches I’ve ever seen. They bring up so many issues that affect all of us from banquets, to players quitting to parents to stress! It is like have a coaching therapy group for 30 minutes each week. Do yourself a favor and find time for this on a drive or while working out. I’m a 7 year HS HC and I’ve stolen a ton of ideas from this podcast. I honestly believe it has been a program changer!

    Great and accessible information
The short format is fantastic as the information is quite distilled and very accessible. The format is also focused and feels respectable of the people who might have short periods of time to listen. The topics are well researched and the guests are knowledgeable and interesting. Each episode has something to make me think and I look forward to each one.

    So insightful and helpful!
I love listening to these podcasts. I always come away feeling like a better coach after listening to them. There is always helpful insight and practical tips to help me out in the moment. They relate well and have been the coach’s shoes to know what they experience, and it really allows them to give specific knowledge and feedback for that situation. I would highly recommend!
