Don’t delete people on social because you cheated and got caught

So you guys broke the law (you got away on a technicality) listed all the reasons you didn’t know any better, then belittled the whole thing by making comments about tmz and rokslide drama. You effed up, got caught, own it without the excuses, without downplaying it. The irony of a couple guys pushing a CrossFit workout getting caught illegally riding dirt bikes is pretty rich though…

Thanks for all the great info your putting out in your podcast. I love bow hunting elk every year. I have transitioned from always wanting to be the shooter, to always wanting to be the caller. I love calling elk and trying to get them close, within 10 yards is always my goal. Keep up the great work.

I’m a huge fan of all your Content. I live in Florida and if you had to be able to go out west and hunt elk even though I do put in for a Kentucky elk tag every year. I’ve gotten back into my fitness journey and just looking forward my five year plan I want to be in shape whenever I do get an opportunity to draw a tag out west.

I have no interest in hunting elk but I love hunting archery and fitness so it’s perfect!

This podcast is great for anyone who is into Public land DIY hunts. As someone who didn’t grow up in a hunting family, it’s hard to get into the game and know what to do, understand general etiquette, and effectively plan a DIY hunt. This podcast doesn’t give you all the answers, but it sure does give a lot of resources (teach a man to fish rather than give a man a fish). I always like to start podcasts from episode one and listen through to present. I am about 3/4 if the way through Elk Shape and I really enjoy it.

A good listen to keep this trucker rollin down the road.

One of the few hunting/outdoor podcasts that has an agenda. By that I mean, he is there to interview a guest. And he does just that. No witty banter going on with the tons of co-hosts. Nothing wrong with joking. But weren't not in hunting camp sitting around the fire, drinking beers and shooting the shot. Get to the point! He gets right into the interview from the start. I've just started listening to ElkShape. I don't plan on stopping. Thank you Howard Stern for not being the Howard I grew up with anymore. Canceled Sirius and now I've found the podcast world. Not a fan of listening to an absurd amount of sponsors at the beginning of the podcast which felt like 10 minutes and from what I read it’s probably due to the fact that it’s only half of the podcast never heard of that before hope it doesn’t catch on. Couldn’t get past the sponsors.

Awesome podcast from Dan and guests that he invites to talk everything elk hunting. From fitness to bow tuning and successful backcountry camping Dan will get you right with his knowledge, experience, and proven methods of killing elk. Dan has motivated me to be my best and “finish” in the backcountry when it comes to the hard fought delayed gratification of harvesting a wild elk in the public outdoors. I’ve been listening to this podcast for a while now, and i really like it! But now that you only get half the podcast and are forced to subscribe to the elk collective to get the other half i am very disappointed! I thought supporting your sponsors was how you payed for the podcast? I think a lot of your “blue collar” guys will be disappointed in this new format! Wish you the best but I won’t be subscribing and if I continue to only get half the podcast, i guess I’ll find something else to listen to.

I am an East Coaster preparing and starting to learn everything Elk for my first OTC Colorado Elk Hunt. I listen to a lot of podcasts and have been doing a ton of research on my own. I came across this podcast a few weeks ago and I have binge listened everyday since. Dan puts out some amazing content that is so RELATABLE! Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job Dan. This podcast has been invaluable. It provides an unreal amount of info directly from hunters that I relate to. This podcast, the subjects it discusses, the philosophy that it pushes are JET FUEL for me in my quest to shorten the elk hunting learning curve. It is the most motivating podcast that I listen to. I have no doubt that info gained from this podcast will help make the difference in my journey to be able tag a public land bull every years.
