    Absolutely love Core Rehab Program!!!
    I’m 60+ years old with no kids … just wanted to see what I could learn from this Program. It is phenomenal! Erica explains things SO clearly and the step-by-step progression is amazingly well laid out. The information and methods provided debunk old/misinformed ways of doing things. Furthermore Erica, Jen and the rest of the team are SO helpful, friendly, and personable. I can’t say enough about this Program… I highly highly recommend!!!

    Great podcast and AMAZING core rehab program
    I have been listening to Erica’s podcast for a couple years and I absolutely love her enthusiasm and passion for teaching her listeners and clients about our bodies. I experienced a prolapse in July and started her core rehab program in August and I began really feeling the results in phase 3. I’m currently in phase 4 and am so amazed at how I continue to feel deeper and deeper connections. Great podcast. Legit program that works and you can do at home. I am a stay at home mom with a small side job and don’t have a lot of time, but I can do the “beginner” program in 25-30 minutes a day and still feel results in a reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend!!

I’ve done her core connections program and I’ve never felt stronger with such a simple approach to targeting specific important muscles and the facia in the body.     … and listen to this podcast! It’s full of amazing information! I have learned so very much about my body, nutrition, and health. After having several babies, I find myself feeling lost I the shuffle of eating well and movement and this and that. Erica gets it.     A must for women of any age
    Love this podcast! As a fitness professional who’s been in the industry since 2001 (longer as a class attendee), tucking the pelvis and pulling the stomach in are two cues that have hurt lots of women - myself included. So thankful for the work Erica is doing and the information she is sharing! I never miss an episode. Oh, and you can bet I never use those cues any more!!!

    Real Lessons In Overcoming PCOS Episode
    Just listened to this episode between Erica and Belinda! Belinda shares her journey through PCOS! As someone with PCOS, I really related to it all. It made me laugh, it made me think about how I am handling my own PCOS, the struggles I have been through, the feelings I have felt and it helped me feel less alone! And has given me hope. That there is more to life than just my PCOS. Erica and Belinda are a great duo together and I really enjoyed listening to their thoughts!     I been following Erica and her Core Rehab/Core Studio programs for almost 3 years now, and I am continually shocked at how much I identify with and can see the connections of all my health issues. These podcasts are so valuable in that they sometimes buck the current "wisdom" to tell the realities of our individual bodies, health, environment, and what's really going on. An invaluable resource!

    I find Erica to be incredibly informative in her podcasts. I really appreciate that she is so kind and humble while sharing all they information she has acquired. I myself, happen to know a lot on the topic, and it is reassuring and heart warming to know that she’s spreading the word on these topics in such a diligent manner, including her first hand experiences as well.. She’s incredibly insightful, descriptive and inspirational. I also recommend her pilates class and core strength trainings. She’s amazing! And I find she always irradiates good energy!     I recently subscribed to this podcast & have found it to be incredibly motivating and helpful as I try to move forward with this new body of mine. I was clueless about diastasis recti prior to giving birth to my daughter, and the severity of mine contributed a lot to the post-partum depression I experienced after she was born and in the months that have followed. Erica’s knowledge & guidance in teaching about DR is patient, kind, detailed, and makes the road to recovery more approachable. I’m no longer in the “where do I start” phase, and I’m so grateful for that. I’m looking forward to each new episode & to truly healing by body and feeling the strength & control again that I had pre-baby. Thank you for all you are doing, Erica!!

I didn’t know fascia is like the lifeline in keeping us mobile, painless, and the energy to exist.     Erica and her wealth of information have been instrumental in my healing, both physically and mentally.     I have just started Erica’s knocked up fitness pregnancy program. With my second baby the aches and pains of pregnancy are more active than I remember with my first. Being able to work on strength and healing the pelvic floor issues that I dealt with after my first and staying active during pregnancy are so important to me. The podcast adds the education and discussion piece in an easy to listen to and learn format. I’m so glad to have come across knocked up fitness and all they have to offer.

    I’m a mom of 3, and finding Erica and learning more about my core is extremely helpful! It helps to know diastasis is not such a mystery, and it can be fixed. I didn’t even know what that was until after I had my second baby. This is great information and I have really been enjoying and learning a lot! I recommend ALL moms listen :)

    Erica is the first exercise program that legitimately follows the basic principles I have spent years practicing with a woman’s therapist. Our core muscles are the foundation of our physical frames. Strong cores equal healthier stronger women. Her program rescues women from future pain, current pain and leads them through exercises which do not defeat therapy but are therapy.

    A review on the fascia podcast: Wow! I had no idea what fascia really was, and how much it is responsible for is kind of mind blowing! I also am seeing and hearing a lot about collagen lately but never really understood the hype. After listening to this podcast I have a better understanding of why it is starting to show up more in food stores, vitamin shops, etc. The tips in this episode to help with fascia and collagen are great and seem pretty simple to follow. Erica has a great understanding of what the body needs in order to heal (which is what we should be looking to accomplish, not just masking symptoms right?) She speaks not only about movement but also nutrition! How both of these things are important for fascia and collagen, which will ultimately lead to healing of the body! I for sure would recommend listening to these podcasts. The information that is being shared is life changing and so so helpful!

    I love this podcast because it talks about what a lot of women DO NOT talk about. Peeing while doing hard training. I am currently in my first pregnancy and I cannot believe how many women have told me that "oh a little bit of peeing after your baby is just what happens." Already being a trainer and having taken the Kncked-Up Fitness cert it brings me great joy to enlighten women that THS IS JUST NOT TRUE!I love and admire Ericas work and hope to contunue learning more.

    Just what I needed to hear
    As a new mom of a 7 month old I can’t seem to remember when I last did something meaningful for myself. My whole world revolves around my daughter and full time work. I’m starting to feel like I’m putting myself last. Hearing this podcast gives me so much inspiration and motivating to try new Ayurveda rituals for myself. Erica is a great influence to just get started again on my self care healing pathway in order to feel more like myself again. Listening to her podcast is a constant reminder to do good things for yourself and be willing to try out new and better ways to live your life.

    I Finally Have Hope!
    I recently started Erica’s Core Rehab program and I am in awe at how easy the program is to follow and the invaluable information that she shares! I am a mother of one toddler and have been healing a diastasis recti. I had gone through a 4-week in person workshop and still had not been able to heal my DR. With this program I find that not only am I healing, but I am learning how to activate my deep core muscles and use parts of my body that I didn’t even realize were there! I wish I had known this information in my 20s, but as I have recently hit 40 I am so relieved to find that I do not have to live with pain and can be stronger from the inside out! The information on fascia is fascinating to me and I look forward to learning more! Thank you for such a wonderful information in all of the content in your Podcasts, they have been amazing!

    I am 7 months preganant and found Erica via Facebook. I am a dancer and fitness instructor and so appreciate someone with such knowledge about the female body and the effect that pregnancy has on it. I want to be safe with my workouts during pregnant and focus on long term results, not just try to stay toned and "lose weight" (like some of those programs do). I feel safe learning from Erica which is awesome! I could listen to her podcasts all day every day! LOL Highly recommend :)
