This is the show that allowed me to survive thru the last couple years of the first Trump presidency, COVID and kept me crying from laughter when my world was a pretty dim place. I actually haven’t listened in about a year and a half for various reasons, but just caught up on a year and half worth of episodes including the Patreon content and everything I’ve missed, and oh my gawwwwd….. I feel like the prodigal son returning to his father, President Trump, SIR. 🫶

The worst-best thing about JL in Trump mode is that you can you can totally believe that every foul, nasty thing coming out of his mouth has likely been uttered by “Mr. President” (gag). Not for the faint of heart or those with delicate ears, we know this is just the tip of JL’s comedic genius. Like Trump, there isn’t anywhere JL won’t go when channeling “Mr. President” and listeners are better off for it. Jay Nog, Tech-stuff guy...not so great. You’re fired. So GD it, listen!!

This is the best comedy podcast ever. Absolutely hilarious.

So irreverent, and loving it. He is Donald J Trump, but actually means to be funny.

I never miss an episode- JL actually embodies Trump in the most hysterical fashion. If Biden wants help winning he should do debate prep with JL because he can actually think exactly how the Orange strongman thinks.

Couldn’t be funnier

Wickedly funny. A very dark but hilarious parody of Trump. A running “interview” between Trump and his straight man interviewer discussing the events of the day through the sick/ twisted lens of Trump’s worst impulses. It’s amazingly clever and fun - as long as you don’t take it too seriously 😅😅

Absolutely brilliant! Not sure why this guy isn’t more famous? The man is talented. Definitely will hear more of him in the future.

This guy is incredible both with his extremely quick wit in making Trump related humor and with the voice itself. Tremendously funny. JL should be famous!! And tech stuff guy? Who?

One of the few podcasts of which I have listened to every single episode. If you enjoy the podcast, definitely check out JL Cauvin’s standup. If he’s not just joking at the end of the shows, it sounds like he’s struggling to make a living as a comedian, which is a shame. He is talented, charismatic, and funny enough to be a full-time comedian. Hoping he comes to a city near me some time soon.

I first listened to this podcast because the Trump impression is the best I've ever heard, but stuck around for the comedy. I laugh out loud at least 4-5 times per episode. You won't regret giving it a listen.

He doesn’t just do Trump’s voice. He understands how Trump’s mind works, everything from the way he fixates on certain words, to the voices he does when he’s trying to mock other people. It’s brilliant, completely off the cuff, and makes me laugh every week. His rapid-fire in-character puns and wordplay are hilarious and keep the episodes from feeling repetitive. I cannot recommend this show enough.
