I love starting my day with a brief history lesson on Jewish history. I learn so much and am grateful for this podcast. My kids also love listening and learning. Thank you!!

Listen every day. Concise. Informative.

There’s no way you could be doing these great 1 or 2 minute vignettes without knowing so much more than you’re sharing! It’s probably pretty tough for you to whittle these down to that time format! So why not just make it easier on yourself and richer for us with a, say, give-minute format? Seems highly unlikely that anyone who is loving this now wouldn’t like a longer version (and 5 minutes isn’t very long!). I even wonder if the fact that it is sooo brief isn’t having the unforeseen o sequence of people not listening! When someone goes to the trouble of finding an episode in his feed and clicking on it, it’s usually meant to be the soundtrack for something else: washing dishes, doing spreadsheets, walking, driving etc. It’s not as inviting to select and play a podcast if it will not come close to covering the space in your day you’ve allocated to it! So 10 or 15 minutes would be wonderful!!!! 5 minutes would be at least in the way to that —and not impact the time you need to prep it since it’s clear that you ALWAYS know enough for five minutes just to deliver the current one or two!

I have been enriched by this highly sophisticated and erudite Podcast “ Today in Jewish History”. Rabbi Landis displays an extensive and comprehensive array of Jewish History some events may be forgotten or overlooked he has revived a lost past!

This podcast provides a concise summary of notable events that took place this day in Jewish history. Rabbi Landis often highlights events that even students of Jewish history were not aware of. I’ve learned a lot.

I listen to these episodes all the time, daily when I am able and always learn something from them.

Pinchas has great information on Jewish history. Ive learned alot and in a minute.

This is an excellent podcast! It’s a great way to start the day, with just a quick tidbit from Jewish history.

I am a Christian and I have learned a lot about Jewish history and culture and also helped me put Old Testament scripture in context. 7 Tamuz about Babylon and the exile was very informative. I may not agree with every episode but every episode informs and educates

Rabbi Landis offers relevant and interesting bites of Jewish history in an extremely coherent manner in a short amount of time. It’s easy to make part of my daily routine and the lessons are delivered in a way to make them easy to take with me.

Gives people of all ages a great way to connect with their Jewish heritage in an efficient and clear way.
