chicamalolistened on the eve of trump’s inaugurationThe trump administration has made so many promises that i find terrifying, many in regards to our environmental health and public lands. Not going to lie, i have been pretty morose about what is to come, the episode with the head of the dnr in california that focused on beavers brought me hope. We need to play the long game to support our environment and communities and this episode reminded me of that! Thanks Rewilding, you gave me hope and info when i really needed it!:)

tyler c.e.Great for Student and Emerging ProfessionalsAs an emerging restoration ecologist and masters student, this is a great resource for discovering ecological restoration and management projects taking place around the U.S. I enjoy learning about the thoughts and feelings of fellow environmentalists and project managers as they work towards rewilding goals. It's a wonderful thing to hear that work is being done to mitigate climate change and revitalize ecosystems in the face of political uncertainty and a changing planet.

wet desertExcellent Wilderness Cast & HostThere aren't a lot of wilderness experts & serious advocates out there anymore beyond the hashtag wannabes. Adam, his guests & this cast are seemngly the last of them (along with Rewilding Earth). I wish there was a Wild Earth style publication I could flip thru for these but the audio version can be listened to over & over too. Good stuff

Frankie RavsRewilding SuccessesThis podcast juxtaposes the reality of the world’s ever-developing state with rewilding successes around the world. We need more habitat connectivity and more of of these episodes in this world!

ungerlingMy new favorite podcastI love that this podcast focuses on rewilding efforts big and small. In America we tend to focus on conservation efforts out West. One of my favorite podcasts so far was the one done in Ohio. You don’t have to live in California to be a conservationist; small efforts add up. I thought I knew a lot about conservation, but this podcast has already taught me a lot. Now there are more places I want to visit starting with the Ark of Appalachia!
