I’ve been a fan of Conan’s “need a fan/friend” since day one. 5 Stars for both podcasts. His latest however, Conan and Jordan, is a dud. Conan lobs invective and insults at some guy I don’t know and frankly after listening to most of the first two shows, would rather not. Perhaps I’m missing some type of inside humor or accepted interpersonal dynamic that some find funny but I suspect the vast majority of audience members do not. This Jordan guy isn’t even a good straight man. Instead he comes across as defensive and smug with Conan trying to pry something out of a brick. It’s as if Conan is trying to have a conversation with an encyclopedia, an abridged one at that. 2 (generous) stars for this podcast for the 2 legit laughs I had after listening to 1 1/2 of these shows. Please continue to put great work into team Coco and guests on other top notch podcasts.

I love this podcast, I love Sona and Matt, and I love Conan even if he doesn’t have lips (weirdo!). Yes, I am available for a future episode 👍. FIVE-STARS!!!

I tried listening to Conan on my 9 mile run. I found it entertaining, but had my slowest run time ever. Do not recommend for fitness playlists. Great to enjoy on a long car ride or commute to work.

Love the “grand theft rickshaw” episode! Conan finds the funny all over the world this is his genius and his activism. Giving voice, giving laughs. 😂

Conan is the only person I can trust with a real soul and a genuine heart to tell you what you are going to be like when you’re a kid in a school where you’re a teacher or a student or whatever you want me to say.

Summer S’mores w/ Conan & The Chill Chums are the best episodes year after year. i even drive slower just so i can listen to more of it. yeah, there’s no way in heck that i’m gonna listen to a podcast when i’m not in my car, so… UPDATE MATT, you’re now my favorite, since i heard you say you’d rather play with your GI Joe than sit thru a USC game! and what a Cword (hint; VAGINA) sona is… but that’s more of a reflection of her kind.

If your a fan of Conan and all the CRAZY things he does on TV you will love this podcast. It’s basically Conan without a filter, does life get any better, I don’t think so.

Hello Sona Matt and Conan I was recently listening to smartless (don’t worry I only listen to them while I’m waiting for your newest episode to drop😉). They were interviewing Sacha Baron Cohen who mentioned interviewing James Lipton and how he saw a naked picture of HIS WIFE And then Will Arnett goes “I heard that from someone!”. I was screaming out loud in my kitchen CONAN!!!!!! IT WAS CONAN!! KEDAKAI!!!.. as god made her. It was like I hit the lottery. Fast forward to tonight, doing the dishes and fresh out of new episodes of my favorite podcast, (yours, duh) I googled what episode you start talking about Kedakai and I found it and played it. The whole time I’m thinking, I DO NOT remember how they got on that topic. When is it going to happen. I was truly so delighted to find out what it was! Matt had just corrected what Conan believed was the plural of Abacus- ABACAI! Conan turned a crisism into a podcastian MASTERPIECE!!! THAT WILL LIVE ON FOR GENERATIONS AND GENERATION. Truly the Mozart or Pablo Picasso of our generation 🤩 But also… sorry Conan…Matt was right😆 Truly my favorite podcast by a long shot - not just saying that. I was actually looking for Conan The Barbarian’s survival/van life podcast, but happened to stumble upon this one. The good thing about 2024 is how it’s seemingly possible for ANYBODY to have a podcast, even if that person is just a regular Joe interviewing people I’ve never heard of…and it’s funny!!!

Listening from day one of the needs a friend podcast but the Conan and Jordan show is the single most entertaining 52 minutes of podcasting I’ve ever heard!

This is truly the only podcast I listen to. They’re usually not my thing. That being said, Sona, Matt and Conan bring me so much joy that I can barely handle it. The highlight, however, is the Luxe Bidet ad. Holy S!!! I immediately took to the internet in hopes of there being a video of the recording. I have a bidet and love it, but now, it’s taken on a new meaning. From hence forth I will state I need a “precise stream” when I need to go.

Fighting the good fight to keep Conan O’Brien as the first Conan that pops up on my Google search. Unfortunately, my teenage daughters are fighting diligently against me, and in favor of, Conan Gray.

I support Jordan’s wish for a more clever name for the Conan & Jordan show. If Matt and Sona get Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, this can be Friends Like These, with Conan & Jordan. This is the way.

Their dynamic is frustrating, yet hilarious. I must say hearing the crew laughing AT Jordan’s pedantic pronunciation corrections and Conan’s outrage over them makes the podcast much funnier.

I’ve loved Conan since I was a kid in the 90s, and I’m so happy I found this podcast! I love the dynamic between Conan, Matt, and Sona, and the funny and insightful interviews. And now as a bonus there’s the Conan and Jordan show! This made my week.

Love you Chill Chums! Conan has the most amazing guests on any podcast! And he lets them tell their stories without interrupting! It’s great to be able to listen, laugh and enjoy all of you. Al Pacino seriously wow!

I have loved Conan ever since his first late night talk show and he shines in the podcast world as well. He sets himself apart with his humor but also with his down to earth nature and never comes across fake or phony. Keep doin your thing Conan. We need your warmth and humor now more than ever.

I listened to Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend every single night before I went to sleep. I literally cannot sleep without it. The entire Conan crew kind of became my friend, someone I used to talk to (listen to) before I went to sleep. But I just got married today. And I think my wife’s gonna be the “friend” I talk to every night before slowly drifting into sleep. I’ll miss you guys. But I don’t think I can cut Conan entirely out of my life. So I’ll be catching him and the Conan crew every once in a while on the podcast or YouTube. But as for the direct-dependent long-distance relationship that we had for five years, I’m gonna have to break it off. Please don’t hate me. I didn’t leave you. I just found someone better. 😅 Wish me luck!

The best thing about Conan is the rate at which he oscillates between self deprecating and self aggrandizing. In one sentence he’s comparing himself to Isaac Newton, and in the next sentence he’s comparing his p*nis to a fig newton. He is objectively the greatest entertainer that has ever lived and will ever live. Sona and Matt are cool too.

Liberal celebrities congratulating each other. I don’t care about your opinions if you don’t shop for your own groceries and pump your own gas. Completely out of touch with the average American person.

I didn’t watch Conan back in the day because I was too young to care or appreciate him, but I love this show. It has gotten me through many long nights with my newborn and I love that Conan shows his personal, more serious side, and his absurdly unique brand of comedy. So good.

Walking with headphones on, cracking up is so fun! People aren’t sure what to make of it since they can’t hear what Ian hearing. Love this pod so much!!!! Also, Sona has the best laugh I have ever heard! Ask her if she can leave it to me in her will? Thank you for all of the great, hilarious, enjoyable podcasts!!!!!!!

The less Matt Gorely Experiment in the John Stewart episode was so much better. The little that he adds is far over weighed by not having to hear the other speakers trying to cover for him all the time. Great editing
