Eve’s mic is really loud and then I turned down the volume, the guest are barely audible, then I turn up the volume. I have to do that through the whole podcast 🤦🏻‍♀️. Otherwise, the information is really useful! Thank you!

Eve is real and says it like it is!! Her vulnerability and honesty comes through and her guests and her knowledge of low carb keto and intermittent fasting is spot on!

I have been listening to The Fasting Lane podcast for a few weeks and really enjoy the variety guest and topics presented. It educational and entertaining! I decided to purchase her book as well and highly recommend it if you are interested in fasting.

Hostess talks too much about herself.... Please let your guests speak. We all already know more than enough about your own experience. You will get 5 stars and better reviews if you only learn how to lesson to people more often.

I love hearing new information from your many guests, but please let them speak. The listeners have heard your story and although it’s a great story we don’t want to hear it on every episode. Unfortunately I find myself shutting the podcast off because Eve continues to talk about her personal life.

I LOVE the guests, and LOVE the concept of this podcast. My only and biggest complaint is that the host tells WAY to much of her own past and story almost *EVERY* podcast. I really like that she has told her story BUT we wanna hear what the experts on the show are trying to say and the information that they want to share. She doesn’t let them talk enough. Even in asking questions, she tends to cut them off with her own experience. Please let them talk more and give less of your own story. Everyone has a story and the goal with a podcast like this is for us as a listener to be able to apply the guests information to OUR story.

I’ve listened to low carb related podcasts for 2 years. Eve is easy to listen to and has interviewed quality guests. Her questions to them are relevant. Her honesty is appreciated. Can’t wait to binge listen!

Eve is so relatable!!! Everyone gets along so well and seems to enjoy themselves. Eves experiences are so good to relate to and she doesn’t act like fasting is always easy, which makes me feel better! Im quickly catching up on episodes ,just loving this !
