The Longboardarian Podcast

48

The Longboardarian Podcast objective and mission is to have conversations with the personalities of our longboarding/surf culture. My guests will be the surfers, surfboard shapers, organizers and historians who through their experiences and knowledge have interesting and important opinions and facts about our sport/lifestyle and culture. I feel like many of these conversations will have important historical value as time goes. It's part of surf history!

    A longboarder's dream!
Tupi doesn't hesitate to ask each special guest all the right questions! And, each guest is special in their own right with what they have brought to the culture we love. From classic surf history to contemporary longboard design trends, the Longboardarian has it covered. If you haven't started listening, I'm jealous, because I've already listened to all of them two or three times. Yew!

    Great all around
Most intriguing longboard podcast out there. Tupi asks the right questions and the hard questions people really want his guests to answer. Keeps me interested on multiple levels as a forty something longboarder.

    Learning longboard design
I’ve listened to all these podcasts over the last two months. I really appreciate the way Tupi asks the shapers how the different aspects of board design affect the board’s surfing. For example, rocker in the tail can slow the board down and make it better for nose riding. Also I’m learning about local shapers and Longboards surfers. I’m starting to listen to them a second time waiting for new ones. Keep it up to Tupi!

    Longboardarian Gets Deep!
A leisurely listen to Tupi's interviews rewards you with insight into the whole timeline of surfing culture. It's great to hear surfing's cast of personalities describe past events in their own words and share their own perspectives on the past, present and future of surfing. You'll likely meet surfers and shapers you're not familiar with as well as those many of us know, or have heard of for years. These podcasts have filled in a lot of blanks for me, and connected a lot of dots!

    Super podcast
Tupi is not afraid to ask the hard questions, actually he doesn’t give them the option to change the subject. The specs on the boards questions are also very informative for board nerding. Keep it up!

    Great longboarding interviews
Love this podcast! Being someone who has always enjoyed the history of surfing and have tried to follow professional longboarding as closely as possible over the last 10+ years. This pod ticks all of the boxes for me.

    Love it
I started following longboardian this year on Instagram. Then recently found the oceanriders podcast interview of the person behind longboardian. I really enjoyed it and I really really enjoyed longboardian podcast. I love how we get to hear about the boards, style, lifestyles and where longboarding has taken individuals. A podcast you shouldn’t miss even if you are a beginner looking to get into it to a pro. To me worth 10 stars.
