Ali has been the best thing for my OCD. I love these short, tailored episodes. They’re straight to the point and I feel like shes talking directly to me. It has been so helpful pulling me out of a bad ocd cycle.

    Thanks!
Can’t describe how much she has helped me. I have been struggling with OCD for a long time now and I could not find anything that would help me. The only thing that helped me was to listen to her advice. Thanks!!!

    Best OCD podcast
Ali makes me feel like I’m not alone. If my OCD is ever too bad I can just put on her podcast and try to take a step back. I go to therapy but she probably helps me more than my therapist. Thank you. You’re a blessing

    Truly a life saver
This podcast has been about 1,000 times more helpful than all therapy I’ve had combined. I can’t thank Ali enough for these episodes. I play them whenever I feel myself getting sucked into OCD and she gives me the pep talk I need every single time to help me get better. Everything she says is so applicable to ocd, even across several ocd themes. This podcast truly helps me get my life back when I start to spiral. Thank you.

    Life saving
I have struggled with OCD my entire life. From age 4-12 and then again from 19-24 (currently). I never truly got the help I needed with OCD when i was young so I was not prepared for the flare up that came after high school. In the past 5 years, I have made my world smaller and smaller while trying to fight against my OCD. I realized I needed help about 3 years ago, then got pregnant a few months later, moved out of my parents...life change after life change. Easy to predict how awful my OCD was. Problem is, nobody in my state or surrounding area specializes in this disorder. Last year, I came across Ali. I was just discovering the awesome community on Instagram of fellow warriors and her page stuck out to me immensely. On bad days / moments I would always find myself looking her up, her motivating posts would always snap me out of panic. I then moved onto this podcast, it began to be the one thing that would get me through the day. Currently I am actually working with Ali as my coach! As I have said before, there is nobody in the surrounding area to fully help and i knew in my heart she is the best choice for me. I am still chipping away at the hole I dug myself in, and without Ali’s help and companionship it wouldn’t be possible. Ali is extremely dedicated, with a family of her own she still manages to post on multiple social media accounts to make sure we are all ok. Thank you Ali, for this podcast and for all the help you give ♥️

    Way too much “ya know”
Decent information and help, but I can not handle the “ya know?” being said after every. dang. sentence. 🥴😖 Maybe it’s just a pet peeve of mine but had to unsubscribe because of it lol sorry

    Thank God for you, Ali.

This podcast has saved my life. Thank you Ali!!

    Practical, understandable, helpful
I love the way she turns the brain/amygdala into a character and gives tips for how the individual with OCD can approach the brain’s own limitations. She has a very engaging way of speaking that makes you want to join her in her effort to put scary thoughts in their place. It’s almost like she is a non-judgmental parenting coach for people who’ve gotten into a bad habit of letting their toddler have too much control.
