My new favorite podcast. I never heard it with “Poppy” in it. All I know is it is immature, disgusting, inappropriate, and f$#king funny.

I heard rumor that this was a great podcast. Just stop now.

What a shame, this used to be one of my frequent recommendations but the new format isn’t good. Poppy brought a levity to the show that now sort of feels like two dudes gargle laughing in their basement and trying to force themselves to have a good time through sheer force of will. Glad that the internet archive has copies of the old episodes, since they apparently pulled them all down off itunes in some weird hope their fans would forget.

Wow! What a massive drop in quality between seasons 3 and 4! The format has been modified — the “guest celebrity” segments are missing, the atmospheric between-story interludes that gave such a unique feel to the show are gone, and of the hosts is gone without explanation, which drastically changes the chemistry. It seems as if they Joe and David decided to maximize profits by removing most of the expenses from the show, apparently unaware they were eliminating much of its charm. This show went from the funniest podcast on earth to one hardly worth listening to. Biggest crime was making the first 3 seasons unavailable now that they’ve introduced their inferior new format! Apple should remove the reviews prior September 2020, as they do not refer to the shows that are currently available for listening.

Was great when Poppy was a part of it. Now they deleted the old eps and are reusing old stories with just the two guys – acting as if they haven’t heard them before?? What??

Poopy was my absolute favorite and the funniest person on the show. The show feels kind of dry and pervy now.

The show lost its magic when they got rid of Poppy. It’s just boring now.

You guys got rid of a key proponent in your pod. What a shame. Poppy was awesome in your pod, and I enjoyed her immensely!! What was wrong with her, guys?????? I TRIED to get thru your podcast with just the two of you and it’s rubbish. Way to go, dummies. You’ve lost a faithful listener...

Was working my way through your back catalog until you decide to delete the only funny cohost and the episodes featuring her. Didn’t realize this podcast was going to be another live demonstration in the fragility of the male ego. The newest season 4 episode is just two bros making really bad “jokes” followed by them blocking their own patreon supporters on social media for calling out their sexism 😂 Sad.

They fired poppy via their agents because she wasn’t famous enough to be on such a popular podcast. Screw these dudes forever.

You have clearly no idea how to be decent human beings. You kicked out Poppy in an appalling way. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Used to be funny. Now just two nasty blokes forcing humour into old hat situations. Unsubscribed.

There was a podcast featuring three people, let’s call them Cackles, Shittins and Popplez. It was a runaway success because of the chemistry, but then Cackles and Shittins fired Popplez vía their agents saying she wasn’t ready for this opportunity. Since then the show looks like a Welly Baby because it’s just two guys that don’t sound like they’re laughing authentically any more, and neither are the dwindling listeners. Stupid, weird, cowardly, suicidal move by Gillingham and Brian.

This podcast keeps me laughing, wrenching and shaking my head in disbelief all with equal enthusiasm. As someone who drives a lot for a living it makes it all worth it. Keep up the great work!

Great content except for the transitional music. They have such great chemistry, but the music undercuts and stops any momentum. Will subscribe again if they 86 the music!

I saw this podcast recommend in a forum and OMG I’m forever grateful that I tried it out.

I love the show and the people in it. Hilarious stories. Only one or two eps are meh, so near all are a joy. My only issue is the comedic transition music inbetween stories. I have shared the podcast with friends and family and they enjoy the stories... but when the transition music kicks in, they look visibly uncomfortalbe. It's just weird. I can see it being good, but it kinda misses the mark. I have politely told the podcasters the same on Twitter, and they did not take it well. I am now blocked. I understand that it was an unwelcome thing to hear, but I'd hoped it would eventually be seen as constructive and well intentioned. Anyway, regardless of anything I say, it is a great podcast with great people. Just get the skip 30 sec button ready for the transition music. I hope they handle polite criticism more gracefully in the future. I can see them getting upset if I just layed into them, but that was not the case.

This is a treasure of hilarity that gets funnier the longer one stays indoors. Thank the gods I found this to keep me company during lockdown!!!

I’m a truck driver in America and I legitimately had to pull over several times because I was laughing so hard I couldn’t breath or see. Hilarious podcast.

I’m only an American. I could in no way juggle the English language to write sexual synonyms as those writing the submissions do, every single week. However, I am a comic book artist and writer, who listens to podcasts to keep me nailed to the drawing table. WARNING: NOT SAFE FOR INKING. I get to laughing so hard my pen throws up.

This is, by far, the funniest podcast I have ever heard. I must look like a total fool literally laughing out loud in public as I listen. Brilliant!!!!

This podcast is hilarious! I had been growing bored of the majority of podcasts I had subscribed to. The stories change every episode and the hosts are quick to make hilarious comments about them. Keep it up, well done!
