shinyorbGreat Host, Great Content, Great Guests!I learn something new each time I listen -- and I really appreciate Esther's science-backed perspective. She helped me develop a healthier relationship with food simply by defining plant-based as having a diet that has a foundation of healthy plant-based foods - but that doesn't have to be purely vegan. Somehow, that just helped me relax my perspective. I don't feal so guilty anymore if I have a little cheese, or an egg. Her collaboration with Dr. Sabrina Falquier is also fantastic. Learning about "cullinary medicine" has been a real treat!
