I love to hear her point of view on the wrestling world & any “tea” that might come with it! She also includes interviews with other wrestling content creators & talent to keep your eye on. Wrestling Winedown is a witty and well run show that highlights a variety of people/areas within the wrestling community. As host, Lo has the natural ability to keep the conversation flow fun and informative! It’s so great to have such strong female representation in a predominantly male fandom.

Wrestling Winedown is a safe space for all wrestling fans. I don’t normally tune into podcasts, but WW is my one exception! Lo brings a positive format to the wrestling community, always advocating for representation. She is always shining light on different female creators and people of color within the community. I can count on WW to provide a great conversation about the current product and everything else that is happening throughout the wrestling world. I always look forward to when new episodes drop!

In 2022, there’s so many wrestling podcasts. What makes Lo's stand-out among the rest is that she takes great pride in her professionalism, understands that so much of this comes down to marketing, and keeps the conversations light, entertaining, and digestible enough so that they are a great companion piece during a lunch break or short work out. Host and creator, lo. is a complete professional from scheduling to marketing. she's got it down. Her podcast is extremely organized and I love the format. I've had the pleasure of being a guest on the podcast and her organization is unmatched. Her show prep allows for great conversations whether they are about wrestling or not. I can't recommed it enough!!!!

Name a better female-led wrestling podcast....I’LL WAIT!!! These two ladies eloquently explain this form of entertainment that can seem intimidating to those that do not indulge. I absolutely stan this concept — two folks chilling, drinking wine and talking about wrestling. It’s iconic! It’s legendary! And it makes me feel seen 🤩
