I was never into podcasts and never subscribed to ANY!! Until a couple years ago and yes, you 2 were my first! Now I have subscribed to way more than I probably should. You guys are still so funny and #1 to me. I make sure I listen every Monday and try to plan a long (at least hour long car drive to the Middle of SOMEWHERE!)

Following Kelsey Cook and her friends led me to this podcast, which is turning out to be the thing that makes work Mondays enjoyable as they review, with much wit, what’s been happening to them in life and in stand-up comedy since the last week’s episode . Way better than the Power Trip morning show.

I have no friends so I hang out with these guys for an hour each week. They always show up. They are now my best friends.

The two stars have axed all other potential breakout stars, with the removal of both hay bales and frink frank Kevin the dog. Love these two men, and never felt more commiseration with another spouse than Jenna. Hardest laughs were early with cy”s school days

I have enjoyed the stand up of both of these guys since 2016. When I found out they did a podcast together. I almost lost my mind. They kept me laughing through the pandemic and have a great dynamic that never lets me down. You keep making them and I’ll keep listening

I’ve been listening to this podcast from the newest to oldest episodes which has been quite fun. I am an accountant listening to this podcast and every day it has given me so much laughter and happiness. I have 58 episodes to listen to left and Im already sad that it’s going to be over soon.. I just thought I would share how much I love listening to the Chad dad and Cyagra every day. Without you I would be miserable.

Huge Chaddy Daddy fan. Stumbled on his work on pandora a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. Have yet to see him in person so this podcast is a good holdover. The dynamic between him and Cy is fantastic in almost every aspect and I have enjoyed going back to the beginning of the podcast and catching up on all of the inside jokes and references. It has also introduced me to a few new comics that I hadn’t heard of and they have also been a joy. 10/10 recommend this to any standup fan or anybody that likes to listen to Moose in The Morning.

As far as I can tell, this podcast is a game show type format where the two hosts are an old married couple who attempt to interrupt one another as much as possible before a full story can be told. After listening to about 120 episodes so far, think Chad is winning. Good fun.

Update: checked it out again, just in case they got funny again. Nope. Woke isn’t funny. This podcast isn’t funny (like it was). It’s now just divisive politics. Chad “my black friend…” and Cy are chasing “clap-ter”, not laughter. Pandering to a one-sided crowd and feeding division. You know… NOT comedy. 2020 Orig: I get all the b.s. political one-sidedness I can stand from the news. I used to turn to podcasts like this as a relief valve for that. Not anymore. Thanks for ruining one of the few great comedy podcasts to satisfy your “woke-ness”.

This used to be great with funny stories and friends talking shop, but since cy just wants to complain and then justify his illogical complaints turned me off. Cy was never really the main reason I listened, it was chad but I can’t get past cy continuously acting like he’s always right and always done the right things, he’s not a comic. There’s a reason chad is known and cy is just cy. I hope hay bales is well. Unsubscribed.

Have loved both of your standup for a while now. Found the podcast through Timesuck and can’t stop listening to you guys. 3 out of 5 stars wouldn’t change a thing. HAIL NIMROD! What is big deal?

I’ve listened to so many podcasts trying to find more like this one and there just aren’t any like it. The closest I’ve found is 2 bears 1 cave but the chemistry and delivery of MOS is so unique you feel like you are part of the conversation. So many call backs and inside jokes that make this such a joy to listen to. I love the dark humor, camaraderie, and personal updates. The occasional Emotional stories delivered in a comical, light hearted manner that make them easy to digest. This is the only podcast that has ever made me laugh so hard I cried. This is the highlight of my week. My hope is that I run into Chad at one of the street dances because I will drive the two hours just to sit on the sidelines and wait to watch him interact and cross my fingers that someone will do something stupid and chad will call them out on it. If Cy ever moves back to Minnesota, I hope he ends up in our neighborhood because I think being his neighbor would possibly be the most entertaining thing in the world. TLDR: if you’re looking for a great comedy podcast, look no further. Make sure you start at the beginning. If you don’t, a lot of jokes won’t land the same for you and you will miss out on some amazingly hilarious stories.

I have been a fan of Chad Daniels for awhile now. The first bit I heard was “Food Court” from his album You’re The Best. Since then, I was hooked. Life got a little busy for me for a few years, but after rearranging some priorities, my life has calmed and I am able to focus on things I enjoy like family, friends, and my favorite, Comedy! Is it sad that out of all those, that’s my favorite? Oh well, they won’t read this review. This podcast, Middle of Somewhere, is the way that I start my Monday’s. When most people are dreading Monday’s, I absolutely cannot wait to get to work and listen to my favorite Comedian, Chad, and his equally hilarious bud, Cy. This podcast is the most relevant, the most relaxed and the funniest one I have listened to in awhile! Keep going guys! Keep getting into awkward situations, keep researching Uncle Ronnie... cause we are all on the edge of our seats waiting to hear how that situation turns out! When my friend first introduced me to MoS, I fell in love right away. A huge part of that love comes from Cy’s laugh, which is extremely similar to my friends who introduced me to the podcast; a laugh that has been lovingly described as what could only sound like someone is attempting to milk a goose. I haven’t been able to see my friend in quite a while, and the laugh makes me feel closer to him in addition to knowing we are both listening to the same podcast. The friendship between Chad and Cy is both adorable and relatable, but also occasionally abusive (Cy, if you need to talk to someone about how Chad treats you and riles you up for laughs, I recommend betterhelp.com). Ultimately, there is so much heart and laughter shared between the two that you will either want to stop listening and vomit or wish you were there to watch the conversation unfold and laugh with them. I look forward to every new episode while I binge the previous episodes all over again throughout the week to brighten my days and stay positive through laughter. Thanks for everything you two do!

Love both of these guys. Been a fan of them since the Pandora comedy days and when I found out they were friends my mind was blown. Now I get to enjoy the conversation of 2 really great people who happen to be hilarious besties once a week. What could be better?

I just picked up this podcast and binged all of 2019 in 3 days! I absolutely love to listen to all of the meltdowns as I regularly freak out on people in my daily life, and hearing you two do the same just really makes me feel less guilty. I love the southern accents, and I love hearing about animal fights! I’m a vet tech and every time I fight a dog or cat I whisper in their ear to tell all their friends I win every time. Chad- your dad is my mom, I’m sure of it
