Dg dogg 02Great info, too many adsThis show has great information and I really appreciate the conversational nature of it. Thank you for providing incredible value for us listeners. I do have one complaint though, the number of ads are getting ridiculous. One episode seemed like it had 6 or 7 ads in a 30-45 min episode.
-
Reviewer for showToo many adsShow is great but they’ve definitely increased the number of ads. I get the need to monetize but question how much.

Nick3419Too many ads and some bad adviceKen just recommended Surety Bonds or Flex Deposit instead of getting a security deposit before move-in and that’s the straw. Unless your strategy and your niche is dealing with the lowest income tenants without money, please please please DO NOT accept a surety bond instead of actual cash from tenants! Too many reasons to list why you’d never want to do that. They recently tripped the ads during the show but that was offset by nuggets of good advice. But last week they explained how investing in a 401k for 30 years could LOSE you money lol. Ok. I get it. He’s a syndicator and he wants you to invest with him, but this is such solidly terrible advice. His arrogance has been offset by his awesome wife and cohost, but its not good enough anymore. Please be careful who you take advice from. WHY are they giving you such advice.
-
will12$Insider info on syndicationI have been waiting for a show like this to explain the syndication math and stuff to look at. I have some questions next time I can ask when Ken has a good property

FunkPunk14Ad selling real estate on Epstein’s Islandcan’t pronounce Kamala, but he’s an expert 🤣Du-NALD Trump has blinded this guy. He can’t remember all the deficits and debt added during that 17 to 20 period.

DuaneH23Stop with the politicsPlease don’t have any more politicians on. By bringing on politicians that have one-sided opinions at devalues your podcast. And Danelle please stop saying “absolutely” every other sentence.
-
REWealthCreatorWhy not ask some harder questions?Instead of idolizing Brandon Turner, why not ask him about the keys he's handed back to the bank? It's challenging enough to deal with all the Limitless promotions but how about ask guests what they've learned after losing tons of investor money.
-
jennissen14Great Real Estate Mind, Not Much Practical AdviceI’ve read Ken’s book and listened to a lot of his episodes and lately it seems the focus is on how bad the economy is, how dire the market is, and that’s about it. Instead of just discussing our poor economy, it would be great to have more episodes where tips on how to thrive despite the poor economy are given.
-
SdgpvNo longer audio? This is one of the best real estate podcasts there are. But please don’t forget that many of us listen to it on audio not YouTube so we have no idea what’s happening on all these slides.
-
Scott JavaReal Estate StrategiesThe more I listen to Ken and his wife, the more I appreciate the quality and value they deliver to real estate investors. All 5 stars for me. I plan to join Inner Circle at some point.

Fly_WillisGood Information and MotivationThanks!
-
acro non batMilkshake and moreEvery interview and board talk has graduate level information. Real estate is about financing everything else is way to pay off asset. Raising money, real life dealing with tenants that lost their jobs, city mandated improvements insurance seldom covered on anyone’s podcasts. K and D do a great job, best of any real estate show💯✅💯
-
ChoosyBookieHit or missIt mostly sounds like the hosts are shooting the breeze about real estate related things-nothing is particularly well-researched. That being said, given Ken’s experience he does drop useful nuggets every now and then. While I appreciate Danille’s perspective, she could really benefit from a voice coach.
-
jvcleanGreat way to learn about investing in real estateKen has a wealth of knowledge on does a great job teaching about the market.
-
JR BonezDoomersUsed to be useful now Ken has become Peter Schiff
-
Vjtv1649Good info, but mixed feelingsIt’s hard to rate because some of the episodes have great information. But I can find it hard to listen to Ken. He acts like everyone else is dumb and talks down to Danille constantly. He treats her like a child and makes fun of her, and while that’s not my business, it makes it me cringe when I listen. Hopefully it just comes off that way on the show, and isn’t how it is in real life.
-
Patricia BarrowThe Go-ToOne of my go-to podcasts for all things real estate. Ken and Danielle are incredible at what they do.
-
skajnsn huPoo pooCrap. Full stop. There are better RE pods without sudden sponsors ads. I listen to this for 4 months and I did not learn any strategy despite it being called the “real estate strategies podcast”. Thanks for sucking!
-
NolimittGreat real estate insightI’ve been a long time listener and follower of Ken McElroy. His podcasts are full of insights and I enjoy podcasts and his macroeconomics point of view on the market.
-
rrk75Terrible message at timesLaughable. Danielle says the government wants you in debt so they can control you. Lol. Yup. Aliens for govt.
-
Jillian Shaw Coeur D’AleneSimple not StupidKen and Danille breakdown real estate investing to show how attainable it is for EVERYONE without making you feel stupid. Very valuable. The off hand comments and side stories shared by each of them compete for importance with the main topic of each show.
-
Phil D 35Best real estate podcast on the marketI have been a real estate investor/developer for over 15yrs. Would encourage anyone interested in real estate from beginner to seasoned vet to listen weekly. There are usually several incredibly valuable nuggets of advice each episode. Thank you Ken for teaching an old dog new tricks.
-
REIChrisLeonTop NotchThere’s alot of people out there talking shop. Personally, I get comfort hearing Ken and Danielle’s ;) (sorry if misspelled) opinion because it comes from that deep knowledge base stemming from 30+ yrs in the business. It’s undeniable. I enjoy tuning in every Wednesday when the podcast is updated. I keep learning more and more. Thanks guys!
-
Dev Daily Dose ListenerHighly knowledgeable real estate expertI listen to his podcast on a weekly basis to educate myself on real estate and where it is going, what it is doing and have a long term strategy that Ken lays out very simply that I can understand
-
SlothLovesChunkNot the bestSome insights are worth contemplating but you lose my confidence with “ree-la-der” pronunciation and other distracting delivery.
-
Footie555Real and personalKen does a great job sharing his lessons learned and great strategies. I appreciate his guests and again all are relatable and vulnerable in their wins and losses. Keep up the great work I just stumbled upon the podcast and so glad I did.
-
void_circuitLess Vapid/Soulless Guests Please!Ken, I love your podcast and your human/pragmatic/21st century approach to real estate - however, these dentists/medical professionals/etc that you sometimes bring on are like listening to nails against a chalkboard. We get it - they are only obsessed about money and became medical professionals for the money and had a privileged upbringing. Their perspective on real estate is so binary and devoid of empathy that is makes me remember all of the scum landlords I’ve dealt with myself that only care about the bottom line and nothing else. You guys are so much better than that and I have a feeling many other listeners agree.
-
Tex_ChrisIgnorant HostsRecent episode failed to convey even basic understanding of capital gains tax exemption rules/regs for primary residence.
-
PaigeBPodcastingTHE Go-To Real Estate PodcastKen is a stellar host and interviews the best in the business. He puts out consistently great episodes with a wide variety of real estate investing topics. Great podcast for newbies and veterans alike!

Lalameme5Great!Lovely
-
A-townInveatorA little louder for the people in the backExcellent show! One thing to improve upon is when Ken gives a longer answer or tells a story, he tends to speak softly. I listen with a lot of background noise and I often struggle to hear Ken.
-
Una cliente felizA student and fanI really enjoyed the episode of Money Honey Rachel, and Jorge Contreras. Thank you for always sharing your knowledge with me so I can learn and help others. Ken is definitely a great roles model, he has achieve financial freedom, loves to help others, and has a great attitude. I love him and his team. It was an honor meeting you all in person during limitless expo 2022.
-

-
Little Boo Jr motherHelpful for new investorsMy husband are just starting to put offers on properties and the idea of seller financing has been new and helpful. Most people don’t think about that, but it makes sense especially with the rising interest rates.
-
Jlass45My top real estate podcastThanks for putting out consistent content. I look forward to your content over the next 6 months. Ken don’t worry about the haters. They are probably A students! They don’t understand the game. They want roses all the time and real investors won’t the truth and they understand the cycles. Keep up the good work.
-

-
ToddO.Simple and knowledgeableKen is one of the top real estate minds in the country. The way he breaks down real estate and deals is so simple and easy to understand. He has such a network of smart people in the industry and if he doesn’t know enough about a topic he brings in an expert. He brings high level real estate and makes it easy to understand for all levels of investors.
-
phiyfvjydDump DanielleKen is very interesting and educational. Danille is not only a very novice investor, but an awful host. The word ‘Button’ has two Ts in it! Nobody cares what you did last weekend… get to the topic! This last episode with Danille explaining basic financial budgeting just brought down the level of discussion even further. Just stop…
-
Alexstrath1Movers & shakers! In your recent interview with Kim Kiyosaki, I really enjoyed hearing her talk about her experience as a real estate investor. I must agree with what she said about getting started being the hardest part. I've experienced this myself, it's hard to know where to start, or what steps to take first. But I think it's important to keep pushing through and taking those first few steps. Once you get started, everything becomes a lot easier and will start falling into place. Overall, it was a great interview and I'm glad I listened to it. Thanks for doing such a great job!
-
LakecushmangirlThis is one of my favorite real estate podcastsI like Ken’s no nonsense straight forward approach to real estate. I only listen to 2 real estate podcasts. Bigger Pockets and this one… and I feel like I’ve learned something after every episode. Thanks Ken and Danille.
-
rach201830ReviewSolid information, they lost me when they started talking about “aggressive” breeds and not allowing pit bulls. They need to do more research before spreading a common false narrative. Wont be listening again!
-
hfdjksdfClickbait titlesFor that reason alone imma give a 1. Quit wasting my time
-
Trailer ParkinMore insight from Ken pleaseNew host is nice and all but really liked the older episodes with just Ken telling real life stories and providing solid advice.
-
noah peteI have learned so much from this podcast!Ken is the man! I learned about Ken via the bigger pockets podcast and signed up for his free newsletter and started watching YouTube videos. I found listening to the podcast on my commutes to/from work, is giving me the tools I need to begin investing in real estate on my own. I have learned so much from his guests and educational podcasts. Thank you so much for putting this information out to those who want to be infinite! ;)
