Lauren VicCame for info on hormone health, staying for Tatiana!I’m new to seed cycling so the recent episode with Kate Morton brought me to the original one with her, as well. I learned so much and am so excited to continue on this journey. Needless to say, I followed Bedside, as well, and will definitely be sticking around. Tatiana is hilarious!

YesmeneCLove love loveI always make sure I’m up to date on any recent episodes. The bedside is like listening to an older sister. It’s all the things you wish were talked about .. well finally talked about! I personally grew up in a pretty conservative up bringing which brought lots of limitations. This podcast has really helped with expressing myself!

boomer1556You don’t know what you don’t know...My wife and I listened to the pod cast interview with Mieka Hollendar while touring New England this week. Lots of windshield time. There are so many things in our modern society that we either take for granted or accept at face value... or both. Many are beneficial and too many are not. Our society is awash in harmful chemicals that have been sold to us as “safe” yet we see rising rates of cancer, leukemia, and other non-source specific diseases that defy explanation. As a family, we have as chemical a free home as we can. When Mieka brought up a point that many cotton based tampons have trace amounts of glycosides (Roundup) in them, and when used, pass those chemicals directly into the blood stream, it prompted a very serious discussion about $.25 vs $.45 a tampon. Taking a cancer risk for $.20 is not a good idea...unless you don’t know it’s a risk. So, thank you for having serious, educational discussions in this space that needs to be had. Well worth a listen.

FuelUp4SucessExcellent Podcast on Sexuality every parent should listen to!This first episode of Bedside produced by Tatiana Fogt opened up my mind as a parent to not only what our kids are dealing with in today’s world but what we need to know for ourselves when it comes to sex ed. The sexual landscape is changing and thanks to professional interviews like Bedside we can separate fact from fiction and come away a lot more knowlegeable and able to have open conversations with our kids about sexuality and relationships. The conversation between Al and Tatiana in this first episode - kept me informed and entertained! Bravo!
