Not a show for me. Wouldn’t recommend.

I got into Survivor a year ago after having watched ZERO seasons up to that point, and have since spent the vast majority of my screen time catching up on all I missed—and to have this podcast not only for current seasons but especially for older seasons? What a gem. (I’d also add: there are obviously other podcasts for Survivor but this one is the best. And it’s not that close.)

Thanks for providing commentary on the entire Survivor franchise! I appreciate the strategic analysis you provide while also (most of the time) tipping your caps to the human elements of the show. Ryan - Eat some humble pie on your takes; you’re not superior to Derek. But thanks to your strategic analysis we all know how to play Survivor. Appreciate your discussion spearheading and love of Survivor. Derek - Thanks for providing a counter-voice, your opinions (sometimes) aren’t as bad as Ryan says they are. You would be the most fun to see on the show out of the three of you. Josh - I enjoy that you mostly hang back and occasionally present a brilliant opinion that Ryan & Derek hate but that is proven right (see Owen in S43). Voice your opinion more and stop siding with Ryan so much!

A great podcast with a different take on the Survivor podcast format: they give great advice for future players on how to play and (hopefully) win the game. Really interesting insights and they don’t always agree, so you get different perspectives from each host. Keep up the great work!

This is easily the best survivor podcast around if you are looking for deep dives and analysis. A must listen for any fan of the show who wants to dig deeper. Thank you guys for keeping me entertained at work!

Awesome cast of co-hosts. Highly recommend for any die hard or casual survivor viewer!

This podcast has such fantastic takes on Survivor that make it a fun and engaging listen. They have long sessions which I appreciate because it helps with truly diving into why I enjoy Survivor and you can tell their passion. Their super sized episodes where they dive into the pre and post merge are some of my favorites.

Love this podcast! I appreciate the detailed recaps that help me learn more about the game. Honestly I sometimes watch a survivor season just so I can listen to the podcast about it. Y’all are awesome!

Survivor is all about meeting your fears of water “swimming” , fire , food deprivation, meeting new people, lies, what are you talking have you not scene the last 45 seasons ?

I just got into Survivor and have been bingeing the old seasons. This podcast is awesome - Derek, Ryan, and Josh have great banter and have taught me so much about the strategic side of the game. I eagerly away the rest of the rewind series!

Watched survivor as a kid and haven’t watched since around season 20. Getting back into it by watching the earlier seasons. Their premerge and post merge pods are worthwhile; they add a lot of perspective, insight, and interesting commentary. They all have great chemistry and appreciate their Midwestern accents and sayings as I’m from Wisconsin myself.
