    Love the TV Episodes
The Succession and Ted Lasso episodes drew me to this podcast. Very interesting. I am in Human Resources so this is up my alley in more ways than one. And both shows are in my top 10 all time favorites. Ted Lasso could be #1.

Wilson Sporting Goods has a Great Culture!
Joining the Wilson team and culture has likely been the greatest decision I have ever made. The products are many and fantastic to work on, the people are a joy with very few phonies, the variety of projects is almost limitless, the encouragement culture is refreshing, and the impact one can have is quite fulfilling. Current CEO Joe Dudy is a true cheerer of company colleagues and realistic on how we can win daily given the opportunities and challenges we face. And, I met my wife decades ago on a blind date set up by a fellow Wilson employee, so it truly is the best decision I have made. Go Wilson Culture - it is so great for so many!

Building and maintaining culture in this new distributed environment is more important than ever. It’s inspiring to hear stories from leaders who are invested in creating and living a positive workplace culture. Keep up the great work!

    Background Research needed
@Damon- I would highly encourage you to do background research within the companies you’re featuring. The Wilson Sporting goods interview is a great example of a CEO that’s out of touch with what’s going on at that company. If you’re there day in and day out, you’d know that the culture is one of fear and obedience. This is reflected in Glassdoor reviews, large turnover rates and rounds of layoffs at the company.

    Engaging content
I started listening to Culture First during the pandemic when I began to plot a career change from education into employee experience. This podcast has been a great tool for me in terms of immersing myself in people first practices. I learn something new every episode and I appreciate Damon’s ability to bring new and innovative ideas to each conversation. Highly recommend!

    Lifeline, basically
Balance of what needs doing and how we are feeling. Addresses how to find intentions and growth opportunities and where our orgs fall short or where they are thriving. I attend excited and inspired and leave with some investigation to follow up on. Has definitely made me more impactful in my job and more connected to my purpose and to others who care and working through it!! Thank you, Damon & crew!

Not Your Average Interviewer-Easy To Go Back And Take Notes
I resonated with episode 1, "Relationships at work" featuring Esther Perel. Admittedly, I may be slightly biased because I listen to Esther's podcast, and I find her work to be nothing short of brilliant. But when it came to your podcast interview, I think your questions were really insightful and I was drawn into the episode by the conversation on "relational intelligence". I also think the editing is smart. I like how you break up the conversation and explain what's coming up in the conversation or dive deeper into a topic that was discussed. I think its really helpful for listeners who might want to go back and relisten/take notes on certain topics. I also like how each episode has a few interviewees to round out the topic and give multiple perspectives.

    People & Culture Newbie
I've recently pivoted into the world of People and Culture, and kicking off the series with Esther Perel was incredibly impactful. The podcast team has been doing a wonderful job of curating a cluster of guests around each topic and I love the categories they’ve laid out from episode to episode (alternating between the vision of thought leaders, actionable insights from industry leaders, and lesser-known/up-and-coming voices in the culture sphere). And including resources with each episode is extra thoughtful. 🙂 My sincere thanks to Damon and the Culture First team for making this new professional journey so rich, invigorating, and inviting.
