Moving to the bay area I was recommended this podcast to better understand the thinking of silicon valley and the new Administration but have since been disappointed by the narrow world view and echo chamber presented. I’ve listened to several episodes including when opposing view points were invited to the show with Ezra Klein and Larry Summers but was disappointed in the uncivil shouting match and disrespect that followed. In all most episodes I’ve heard come off as whining and disconnected with the issues and a lack of curiosity to learn about the world, with that I need to unsubscribe and better spend my time elsewhere.

Try intellectual honesty on for size.

The boys conveniently didn’t release their weekly podcast a couple days after their boyfriends Elon and Taco) got into their lovers quarrel. So incredibly weak to dodge the issue. And then to not bring it up the following episode. Only to have Sachs and Tucker make Jason denounce the “out of control” LA riots, when they would not denounce the Jan. 6 insurrection. I remember when these guys actually were fair and balanced. Back when they had spines and said what they wanted without bending over every episode.

This immigration talk is incredibly myopic. Every major immigrant group was accused of not integrating correctly/quickly enough and having insufficient loyalty to America.

Show fell off so hard. What was once considered an impartial show about tech and politics has turned into another right wing media outlet.

These dweebs are really the epitome of spineless sycophants who blow any way that will make them a couple of extra bucks. It’s disgusting. A colleague recommended it originally to get a view of the other side. I listened for a bit circa a year ago, but really cannot stomach it anymore. Do they hear themselves? Definitely not part of the cool kids table and never will be. Just like eww.

Jcal has become an insufferable moderator, chamath is completely out of touch w the everyday American, sacks is in bed w Trump, Friedberg runs second fiddle to everyone and when he gets the chance to moderate never amounts to the chair he’s in. This pod started out decent years ago, then it became a bunch of guys pumping their own ego, but I still listened to get “informed opinions” on news topics. I used to enjoy the tech, startup and entrepreneurship insights. In the last year, they’ve become interestingly political and one sided. I wish they returned to their roots.

I would recommend “The Dying Citizen”by fellow native Californian Victor Davis Hanson. Missing in this conversation is the fundamental idea is that American citizenship-until about 20 years ago-was ASPIRATIONAL. You had to earn it, pass a citizenship test, and people WANTED to assimilate. They wanted to be “American.” Citizenship was precious. Specifically, the last four years destroyed this and thus also the exceptionalism under which we have excelled for decades.

I’ve been a fan of the All-In Podcast for a long time. The chemistry between Chamath, Friedberg, and Jason is what makes it work—Jason especially keeps things sharp, funny, and on track. But David Sacks has made it difficult to enjoy. He constantly complains about not getting to talk, interrupts, and derails the flow with needless whining. Ironically, he speaks more than anyone and still acts like a victim.

The pod has gone downhill so much over the past year. The political spin has been incredible sad to hear unfold and most are afraid to speak their mind with Trump in office. Friedberg is literally the only reason to listen.

Today’s show just outed them as racist except for the one guy that had fair points. Deleted this show from my list of pods.

Been a listener since EP1 and I’ve watched this show turn into a phenomenon over the last few years. I think it provides occasionally valuable information by calling out potentially unreported stories in Markets and beyond. Recently it feels like Jason has an axe to grind and I’m not sure why exactly. I’ve always felt the friction was part of the show but it gets old when Jason is always poking and prodding and grandstanding. Not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze anymore

This is the most informative podcast available about current political events, and I appreciate the direct discussions with members of the administration on controversial topics.

It’s sad to see what the pod has devolved into. I used to really enjoyed the insightful commentary and banter between the bros. All of the fun is gone.

This pod used to be an interesting look into SV and VC culture. Their bad post COVID takes quickly exposed them as cranks. I continued to listen as a “know your enemy” education, but they are now just a political disinformation platform who talk their own books and make excuses for rising fascism.

They chickened out. Should have shown the courage and addressed the Elon/Trump fallout with honesty and integrity. They lost credibility. It's hard to get once you have lost it. Sad.

Not one spine among all of these grifters. They say lofty things like first principles, steel manning, deep dive, etc. to make themselves sound smart. But most of what they say is just talking points handed to them by the powers who control the narrative. They are too cowardly to actually speak their mind so as to not upset the apple cart so that they get to stay close to the power structure.

Pod started good but has drifted into pretty much all of them becoming total partisan grifters. get out of politics guys, it doesn’t suit any of you and your friendship would be better for it

Skipping hard topics , swaying the opinions all the time and not challenging and or acknowledging the contrary views at all. Not what I started to follow this show for. This completely changed.

Didn’t show up their honesty when it comes to their besties Elon and Trump

The authentic nature of this podcast which we all knew and loved has degraded over the last year. It’s a sad end to a once great podcast.

All in is what Jason is when he’s 2 inches in Chamath. Biggest circle jerk of rich bros there is. Still listening.

It turned into mainly political commentary around 2021. Friedberg resisted that pull the most, but they’ve all been sucked into biased and uninteresting commentary. They are no longer adding anything interesting to the conversation.

Was once insightful and recognized all perspectives, now just cheerleading Trump while fecklessly claiming to be Independent. Boring.

Current review: Unlistenable and deplorable. This used to be a good source of information, takes and neutral positions, but no more. This has become another echo chamber of spineless, elite just reaffirming each other views and clapping at everything they once stood against. Initial review: Various perspectives and very intellectual conversations. I am enjoying this pod so far and I like the format of this podcast. Instead of a serious back and forth or a scripted talk show, these guys make it look like some friends casually discussing the politics, tech and everything else. That’s what I liked the most. Will keep updating the review when it changes.

I have listened to a few episodes and find the discussions informative. I find it funny that left wing listeners get their itty bitty feelings hurt by simply hearing the guys discuss Trump’s policies.

Haters gonna hate this is top tier information that has inspired me to better utilize ai in new ways. I have a newfound hope for our democracy and a more balanced, and elevated view of the world as a direct result of this podcast. I have been able to grow my business and invest smarter from the things I’ve picked up on here and I know there is much more to come. I plan to be at a place where I can attend a summit within the next 5 years.

Too many u-turns and inconsistencies in the various viewpoints expressed on the show. Seems way more like an advertisement for personal brand than a genuine show with nuanced commentary.

The besties got scared when Trump and Musk had a twitter fight so they refused to comment on it. Had it been the Dems acting like that they would have done a 5 hour special on it.

I used to listen to All-In because it felt politically balanced. That balance is gone. I’ve unfollowed. It was a rare gem while it lasted.

You all are unauthentic grifters who are mad that you nor Musk are entitled to tax payer money and kick-backs because you suddenly found “MAGA” religion cause your side was failing. Help the country or don’t but do not expect anything more than a thank you!

Listened to 20-3 episodes over a few years but within the last 6-8 months it’s unlistenable. Sacks just yells and argues and comes off as a crusty MAGA curmudgeon. I’m like 80% of American and see both sides and appreciate a healthy nonpartisan discussion. This has turned into a few rich guys chatting about first world problems and trying not to let Sacks turn every episode into a red cap parade.

I used to enjoy their conversations up until the time they started genuflecting to Trump and defending all the insipid policies - all, I suspect to get political favor. Now that Elon, their “bestie” and head crypto-bro has turned against Trump, I wonder how this bunch will twist themselves to defend Trump’s failing policies.
