Superb tiktok content led me to the podcast, can’t get enough of it. At this point I’m listening to older Trivia Time episodes on their off-days to hold me over until something new drops.

Super impressive knowledge from some young guys. Great TikTok content lead me here, now this and the Lowe Post are the only basketball podcasts I listen to. Would love to see these guys in the mainstream media at some point in the future, and I’d be surprised if they didn’t end up there. Great podcast.

Carson and Logan have forgotten more about sports than most people know. These guys brains have somehow downloaded all the information from each basketball and football reference page ever AND they pay attention to what’s going on now. They clearly care about informing the listener and put great research into the show. If everyone listened to Nerd Sesh, sports fans would be smarter.

We are in a moment in time where being loud has become a more important trait in media than almost anything else. It’s pretty easy to see why this evolution is underway… it’s easier to get someone’s attention with the volume of an opinion than it’s composition. Nerd Sesh doesn’t take the easy way out, though. The commitment to information, history, context and the enjoyment of sports is a point of separation for so much of what exists right now in the market place. These boys have built a space where they can be informative but remain fun, funny and entertaining because of their passion for the topic and a sincere joy for being in each other’s company. The listener feels that and the listener is warmed by that. Nerd Sesh has bottled something very special and it’s been a thrill to watch this show grow. This is sports comfort food. Viva la Nerds!
