DW4MeRemembering ErinWill Run For is my Monday podcast. I didn’t expect an episode today but was so glad that you did. I’ve commented before throughout the years. I only met Erin one time at Springtime and once on a zoom during the virtual live. Yet I feel like I’ve known you all for years. My heart is heavy for the 3 of you and for all of her friends.

HollydoesahalfGreat Running Podcast!Found Will Run For through Rise & Run and so happy I did! It’s inspiring and hysterical and keeps me moving in my long runs. Love the realness of the conversation - some weeks I’m killing it on training and then sometimes life ends up lifing and they make me feel like it’s not just me. Love to have the show in my lineup.
-
ScootadootI adore this podcastErin, Diana, Tom, and Michael are truly the best. Their friendship is refreshing and it translates well across the airwaves (?). I love the community they’ve cultivated through the years and I’m looking forward to many more episodes. Thank you for being my go-to podcast, especially when I’m doing my 1000 piece puzzles. 💜

Rollem123I love the Will Run For crew :)If you like running and Disney, you'll enjoy listening to this fun group. I especially like the Inside the Runners Studio episodes where runners of all levels share stories and their running journey. This is a fun and relatable crowd, perfect to listen to on a long run.

Tza2011I have no shameExcellent Podcast to listen to while running, driving, driving to a run, walking, run-walking, cleaning up around the house, or while googling your hero’s like Patti LaBelle, Ben Franklin, the cast of Outer Banks or “Greg”…. Give it a listen. The chemistry is palpable…
-
Jswan93Good listenI love the show! I finally figured out how to review podcasts and was first to recommend WillRunFor. I enjoy their take on running and recap on adventures and real life experiences they have. The team Tom, Diana, Erin, and Michael gel and make the show an enjoyable listen when you’re commenting home or during your runs.

LegendaryBillStewartLove this Podcast!Listening to these close friends talk about running, Disney, life, and every topic in between has sparked so much joy!! This is my favorite Podcast! They’ve kept me entertained on long training runs, car rides (where our whole family listens and laughs), and frolicking around the house!! Inside The Runner’s Studio episodes are great to learn about other runners. I’d give this Podcast a trillion stars if I could - it’s Super Sized Awesomeness!!!!
-
Marathon man 07Nice listenStumbled on the podcast recently and it is fun to listen to on a long run. It sounds like a group of runners I would share a chocolate milk with after the race. Good crew. Worth a listen.

AmyHarris813My New Favorite Podcast!I found Will Run For after hearing the Rise and Run podcast mention them. It’s my new long run go-to! From Michael and Erin’s Grand Canyon experience to the feeling of panic lining up at the Cherry Blossom 10-Mile, I find myself laughing out loud with the gang. As soon as you get merch, I’ll chuck this Rise and Run podcast visor in the trash. Just kidding, I love their visor, but I would also love Will Run For merch. :) Thanks for the great podcast! Amy Harris

kpfenn54Long overdue reviewI found Will Run For shortly after I signed up for the 2024 Dopey Challenge and quickly figured out that this was more than a podcast - this was a conversation with running friends. The topics covered are extremely relatable - from running for mental health to attempting yet another fitness ‘reset’. I can’t thank you enough for the entertainment as well as the community you’ve created!

A name mispronouncedNot your typical running podcast. And that’s a good thing! Each episode is a genuine conversation between friends. Nothing is out of bounds (like onlyYams) and you always feel like part of the conversation even though you are not in the room when they are recording. This is indeed for runners, by runners without being too serious when it comes to running. This podcast is as real as it gets.

KlingerKrew“Nacho” Average PodcastI discovered Will Run for Podcast while listening to the Rise and Run Family Feud episode. As I prepare for the Disneyland Halloween half- marathon and my first Dopey in January 2025, it’s been so much fun having Tom, Michael, Diana, and Erin in my ear and making me laugh while running those long runs. I love how much I can relate to their personal stories and struggles while also being inspired by the accomplishments of others through the goal getters’ feature. Keep up the at work and I hope to meet you all in person at a future race one day!
-
cody_harlow1Just give it a listenSimply the best running podcast, very broad range of topics discussed and always lots of laughs. I look forward to all the new episodes.
-
Don't Hate on the J-BiebzA great laugh! You all are so funny and I’m so happy my aunt introduced me to your podcast! I started listening to you on 4/22 starting at episode 1 and I’m currently on episode 34 as of 4/29. Such an easy listen and makes time go by fast during a run (and work)!

Frenzy88Celebration of 100 episodesMy favorite memory is the Rock N The Knob Series! Hardest marathon I’ve done and hearing everyone’s experiences with the different distances offered was incredible. -GregInOrl

KRSFPDGreat for a Goofy IntrovertThe Will Run For crew has been my imaginary friend group since I moved into my own place with just my Chiweenie. The hosts have a passion for movement and health, but they don’t make it their whole personality - they set serious goals but don’t take life all that seriously, and bring humor to some really tough topics, making the sport of running more approachable and fun. They celebrate the highs, but aren’t afraid to call out trash days when there really isn’t a bright side. As an introverted solo runner that loves to laugh, the banter makes me feel surrounded by friends and reminds me no one is alone in their journey (fitness or otherwise). I’ve been lurking for over a year now so it’s about time i finally pay it forward! - Danielle (@daniellielli)

Seanjack2011Fun and light-hearted runcastReally great show. Don’t come here for real running advice, but come here for advice on how to make running fun. The hosts have great chemistry. Only complaint is that they appear to be Peleton people, meaning us iFit people can’t ride with them. Ps. This review triggers Tom’s commitment for a procedural live stream.

Bklynite123Thanks for the company on long runs!Listening to WRF on my long runs is like bringing friends and fellow RunDisney obsessives along with me. Lots of laughs, great advice and personal stories make this podcast so enjoyable. I’m also a big fan of their Inside the Runners Studio episodes, which highlight regular people and their motivations for running. It’s great to have a podcast that’s relatable to the average runner.
-
CcccrmGreat podcast!I really enjoy the podcast! It checks all the boxes; running with some Disney, trails, drinks, and real life adventures too. Y’all are super relatable and such fun to listen to. Thanks! -clarsen93

PuckNRuckAnother great Disney running podcast!Training for my 4th Dopey and some fall marathons. I got caught up on another rundisney podcast last year so I needed something new and learned Shauny had done and episode and had to listen. I’m very much enjoying catching up from the beginning during my training and commuting. I enjoy how laid back and real you all are and it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who sometimes rides the struggle bus or falls off the wagon with my training. I also lived in Maryland for half my childhood and went back for the B&A trail run at my alma mater this year so I love hearing about areas I know so well. Hope to see you all at marathon weekend!
-
Fergie2008Best Podcast Ever!Have been listening from the beginning and realized I have never left a 5 star review! I have listened to many running podcasts and this one is by far the BEST! I appreciate their honesty, their humor, and they keep me entertained and laughing and my long runs. -Laura F.
-
Marble MomGreat Long Run BuddiesAlthough I gave an introduction/review on a Facebook post, I wanted to leave 5 stars here to help Tom with his running goals. 😉. I enjoy listening to the podcast while on my training runs and find myself talking back to you all like it was a real time conversation. I’ve been binge listening and am almost caught up. Thanks for the entertainment and hope to meet some or all of you on course at some point.
-
Stephan!eD5 stars for 25 miles!I love listening to you guys, even though you are hundreds of miles away, you all are near and dear to my heart (and laughing in my ear as I run those weekly miles). I hope to meet up with you all at Princess Weekend, I got in for the 1/2 marathon! Stephanie
-
Disneyrunner1681Entertaining PodcastYou guys are awesome! Love the energy and realness you bring to this running podcast. I’m always entertained whether I listen while running, walking or commuting. Also I think Tom should add an extra couple of miles for my review because well … the bottomless brunch runners studio! IYKYK🤣🤷♀️❤️
-
haleyAnnie89Love this podcastCoachMalrundisney got me hooked on this show. Its been the only thing I’ve been listening to going into Med City half marathon in Rochester MN. This podcast is fun and keeps me entertained as I’m putting in all these miles for my 1st marathon in June. Keep up the great work!
-
VillaconnHilarious!I found you guys through Greg at Rise and Run Podcast and I’m so glad he told us about you! You are hilarious and so entertaining to listen to!! My neighbors must think I’m crazy as I’m running by their house literally laughing out loud at the things you talk about! Who laughs while running alone??!!! Thanks for taking my mind off the run and helping the miles fly by!

@wendy.Larsen.handcyclistOne of my faves!I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple years now, and finally figured out how to leave a review. That can only mean it’s currently raining and my training got delayed for the day, because apparently all I know how to do is train and listen to this podcast. Seriously though, I love listening to these 4 friends and runners. They keep things real, share the ups and downs, have great senses of humor, love Disney but aren’t completely brainwashed by the mouse, and their pets make frequent appearances. What’s not to love?!?!
-
BryaSitting Around With Friends VibesOne of my “can’t miss an episode” podcasts. I love a lot of things about this podcast but the biggest one is that it’s like sitting around with friends. I laugh a lot; I get teary sometimes. I appreciate how real and open they are about their accomplishments and their struggles, especially about the mental side of training and running. I also love how they are so supportive and will go cheer local races that they may not be participating in. They were a bright spot of last year’s Philly marathon for me. So much love for Tom, Dianna, Erin, and Michael. -Bryana (pronounced Brianna - maybe the third time of having my name pronounced on the pod will be the charm to have it pronounced right 😂)
-
@KizelWill run for your podcastYou guys brought me into the world of podcasts! I hate running to music (psychopath, I know) but I LOVE listening to you guys as I run! I feel like I’m running with friends instead of solo. You all keep it real with some good info, while getting to know you guys. Thanks for being an inspiration to get out there while I nurse this injury come back!
-
TPossible47Lurking and ListeningI’ve been listening for almost a year and finally am getting to leaving a review. Love the podcast. You all crack me up and give voice to many of the thoughts I have during races and training. Congratulations on your recent Disney triumphs! I ran “only” the marathon this year but plan for Dopey 2024! Hope to see you all at Princess and make it to a meet up :)
-
SpoonieLuv23You’ll laugh… You’ll cry…Can’t tell you how much I enjoy listening to 4 friends talk about running and life in a real way…. There is so much more to running than just the running itself and you do a tremendous job of bringing that to the forefront. Love seeing how far you’ve come and can’t wait to see how far it goes! Thx for the laughs and motivation… keep it coming!
-
DisneyrunrepeatLove them! The fact that they keep me listening even after talking about feet 🤮 shows how amazing this podcast really is! I’ve never listened to more relatable running content.
-
ORErickaWill Run For keeps me Running!I love listening to this crew while I run. Shuts up that mean girl in my head and makes it feel like I’m on a group run with friends!
-
Fsj76It’s laughs, fun and runningIt’s always great to listen to a podcast that aligns with similar hobbies, enjoying the spirit of competition (usually within ourselves), encouraging people to get out and be active and having fun and laughs at the same time. Thanks for the great listen!
-
anest08Real runners podcastTo quote Benjamin Franklin “ Well done is better than well said.” Love listening to these 4 runner friends talk about their training and running adventures. Totally relatable and a joy to listen each week (milesandcrowns)
-
A Green lifeNew Never Miss A Monday Show!I found this podcast about a year ago, with Maria’s interview and has become my new Never Miss A Monday tradition! Each time I listen it’s like we are all kicking back and chatting about gross feet, running goals, recapping races and Mickey waffles with friends. Thank you for bringing motivation and joy each week to the running community and can’t wait to meet you all in January!
-
runlaurenrunGreat podcast!I started listening a few months ago and am just a few episodes away from being caught up! Found this podcast from listening to Rise and Run, so glad I did!
-
Brittany/BleighgoLove y’all!A sign of a great podcast (to me) is when you want to jump in the conversation with them and Will Run For does just that. I feel like I’m sitting around catching up with friends each episode. Each episode is always fun and motivating. I love the support they give each other and the entire run community. Thank y’all for putting together a great podcast.
-
tutus & track shoesRelatable and funAfter only a few episodes, this quickly became one of my favorite podcasts. I listen to these 4 friends on my drive to and from work while they discuss running, not running, food, drink, etc. Episodes 2-5 are my favorites as I learned about each of their running journeys. I find myself regularly cheering for Tom, echoing Diana’s “absolutely not” and “what is wrong with you” as Erin and Michael recount their ultra madness, and wondering at E & M’s ability to run ALL THOSE MILES and not die. If you’re looking for a running podcast to inspire, motivate and entertain you, give this crew a listen.
-
J102102Excellent Show!I have been listen for a little over a month and I’m glad I added this show to my podcast lists. It nice to hear the hosts talk about three of my favorite things; running, Disney, and beer! Listening to them talk about loving and not loving running keeps me motivated. It’s nice knowing that I’m not the only one with that conflict!
-
Kait LaFlammeLove listening!I found this podcast after hearing them being interviewed on another run Disney inspired podcast. I went back and started from the beginning of their episodes. I binged the episodes while at work and now I’m sad having caught up. I love listening to their stories about their running triumphs, setbacks, and everything in between. As a new runner it makes the podcast so relatable. The sassy banter between the hosts keeps me laughing every time! Definitely my new favorite podcast!
-
Melissa/SnarkySnackerEnjoy Your Run, Tom!Love this podcast! Really enjoyable listening to these 4 friends chat about running and life. Nothing preachy or pretentious. And they have great guests (shameless plug for the SnarkySnacker episode).
-
BostonMom2018My favorite running podcast!I had the privilege to meet a couple of the hosts before I listened to the podcast, and didn’t start until late 2020— but I’ve found each episode to be so fun, encouraging, and inspiring. I never run alone when I run with my Will Run For family, and I look forward to each episode! Whether you want to just listen along, or you want to be more involved with the podcast community, you’re welcome— they encourage listeners on IG and the podcast with their “Goal Getters” segments, and even do interviews with listeners (like me, full disclosure) for their “Inside the Runner’s Studio” episodes. Love, love, love! … and now it’s time for Tom to run, run, run!
-
mindycbSuch a fun podcast!!I love this podcast! They keep me laughing! I love the training talk and the Inside the Runners Studio!
-
RunforblingGreat ShowI love the mix of the fun and seriousness as well as the mixture of the hosts talking about their own lives with having guests.
-
Electrica1215Milestones & MayhemAll in good fun, this Podcast discusses each other’s goals and that of their loyal listeners. They recap their recent races and congratulate each other’s and that of their running community friends’ milestones. As an added bonus, their Inside the Runner’s Studio segment interviews runner’s by asking serious questions about running, runner gear and running nutrition, however, the responses are usually hilarious and the Podcasts’ hosts draw you in with their infectious laughter, making you want to listen to more and more episodes!!! I’ve had the pleasure of being interviewed and all I can say is, I’m sorry for all the bad word editing that must have been had!!! (Susyruns50)

DawnbrouFabulousI started listening in 2020 and decided I better finally write a review! This is such a fun and inspiring podcast to listen to anytime. Everyone is always so authentic in sharing their experiences and tips for all runners. They have inspired me to register for Dopey 2023! Here’s to many more miles and memories.
-
MomoftoogrlsAbsolutely Enjoy this PodcastLove hearing the weekly chats of these 4 friends who enjoy Disney, Disney Running and other running. In my head they are also my friends. They don’t take running super seriously but I get that they understand that training entails strength training, cross training and also running. Keep it up and hopefully will see you all again at a race start soon.
