Whispers ReadsEven BUJO Babes are welcome….❤️🖤💚 Planners and Wine podcast. Love the new format where they mix planning and culture for the perfect mix of bestie love. As a Mom, I enjoy the parenting “struggle-life” laughs they deliver too. Even though I’m a die-hard bullet journaler I still find so much fun, laughs, and good-hearted dialogue here. Keep on going Beauties!!

coffee and plansLove Planners and Wine!I love Meg and Myra. Listening feels like I’m sitting down with friends to chat but also have the opportunity to learn a lot. This is one podcast that I make a point to listen to every episode.

SoicyFaves For a ReasonI love everything about Planners and Wine. Meg and Myra speak about pop culture and entertainment sometimes. However they bread and butter is that are both powerful Black voices in the planner community. Oftentimes, Black and Brown women are asked to accept the bare minimum when asking to be considered in the planner community, or worse… not considered at all. They speak for many of us and use their platform to spread awareness and to let folks know what the real is. I can also say one episode of P&W made me change my mind about some preconceived notions I had about a specific notebook company. However an interview with Bonnie of A&O changed my perspective a lot and I’ve even purchased from the her now. All this to say not only do Meg and Myra talk about real issues but they bring necessary spotlight to folks doing important work in our community and you should give them a listen.

MissCashville615Contradictions and StigmaPlanners and Wine Podcast Megan and Myra I’m new to your podcast. I enjoyed part of a older episodes aired on MLK 2021 (Budgeting is for Everyone) . I was put off during the episode regarding the comments made about drug addiction. Megan and Myra came across as forgetting that drug addiction impacts all communities of color including Black celebrities. People should not be shamed for struggling with drug or alcohol addiction or having a past history of drug or alcohol addiction. Megan and Myra laughed and made fun of individuals who struggle with addiction, calling them crackheads. Then doubled down and gave a fake apology Karen apology. While laughing at drug addiction, Megan and Myra were also laughing at Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, Prince, Michael Jackson, Billie Holiday, Ray Charles, Mac Miller, Demi Lovato and Marion Barry, Britney Spears, Mary-Kate Olsen etc. On another podcast episode Jan 28th 2021, (The Adults are Back) Megan and Myra, decided to give opinions on individuals who have not received a Covid-19 vaccine. Clearly Megan and Myra are ableist who lack knowledge of immunocompromised people. And do not care about illegal medical experiments and no accountability for individuals who participated in illegal medical experiments such as John Hopkins. Declining to get a COVID-19 vaccine does not classify someone as anti-vaxxer. It does not mean they do not get other vaccines. Megan and Myra have a toxic relationship with the government. On one hand both are upset about the insurrection at the capitol however are gaslighting individuals who decline a Covid-19 vaccine. Vaccines which are controlled by the same government. People have a right to make the best decision for them. People have a right to be reluctant as a result of patterns. Promises made by vaccine manufacturers is between the manufacturers and their customers.

RMRose2013The voices the planner community needsMy whole life planners have given me hives because they use such exclusionary examples and language. These women have the voices this community needs to become progressive and inclusive!

Les_UNCI Laughed, I Cried, I Peed Myself (a Bit) 😳…...while listening to Planners and Wine. This podcast is a rare gem because it covers it all - from current events ( S1: Plannergeddon, S2: The Adults are Back), motherhood (S1: Check the. Measurements), supporting women-owned businesses 💪🏽 (basically each episode), and just plain ol' fun (more celebrity mess please). Planners and Wine is a bright spot in my week. I look forward to each episode and will listen to it every chance I get - even while in the shower (a mom's got to do, what a mom's got to do). Megan and Myra, thank you for all that you do and keep this Planner Pod going! Sincerely, Lesley (aka @themommybus)
