EligartoSo much value here in bite size chunksNever have tried therapy but always was the “classic seeker” who figured that if I just analyzed the crap out of everything, eventually some universal truths about how to obtain peace and happiness would be revealed. Luckily, that has never happened bc this understanding is SO much better than a bunch of tools and practices. Bravo ladies! Please don’t retire and also try to live really long lives so you’ll keep cranking out these golden nuggets. Thanks!

Georgia's NanaActually a good podcast, butThe Principals have changed my life………these ladies do a really good job of discussing it also…. However, one of them is pretty self absorbed, dominates the conversation and interjects her political ideals. I can turn on the news at anytime for that and I used to until I realized both parties have gone off the rails and cause massive group think that actually perpetuates fearful thinking. I shared the podcast with other people I was trying to introduce to the Principles before the political stuff started in episode 32 and is becoming much more frequent in subsequent episodes. They are no longer interested in what I have to say about the Principles Lesson learned

SilverBramExcellent, true and very entertaining!Straight to the point and brimming with wisdom well worth hearing. Sharing the truth about mental health and how traditional Psychology innocently sends people in the wrong direction. Looking for answers in a difficult past doesn’t bring anyone happiness, it just makes us experts in our problems. Having attended therapy for many years and then learning about the 3 Principles i can honestly say that the difference between the two are like night and day. These coaches/therapists are sharing a simple but profound understanding which changes everything for the better. Thank-you for taking the time to do this. I hope this podcast reaches as many people as possible so that they get to experience a life of love and understanding.

BlwilliamsmftIt’s ContagiousListening to Christine and Judy speak to the innate health in all beings is a refreshing break from all the static that’s playing out in the world today. As a fellow human and mental health provider I can attest to the contagious affect this understanding has on those who are willing to quiet down and listen within.
