    The Real Deal
This show is the best. I really enjoy hearing what everyone has to say. All of the hosts, most especially Deb, are geniuses. I want to read more manga because of this show. Thanks for all of the inspiration!

    Stiff
It sounds like a group of coworkers trying to make conversation on their lunch break. They have a lot of experience in the business but maybe not at taking?

    Always a Fun Time
Mangasplaining is a riot! The hosts have great chemistry together. Their enthusiasm for manga/comics is contagious and a joy to listen ti. They are also more articulate than a lot of podcasters, not to mention super knowledgable about manga (or comics in Chip’s case). I always learn something whenever I tune in. Thanks Mangasplaining crew!

A wealth of experience - the best manga podcast
I’ve been searching for a great manga podcast for a long time and this is absolutely the best one I have listened to. The hosts read a wide range of genres, discuss insightful commentary about each title, and the show notes on their website are very informative. It is so great to have a manga podcast hosted by people who have been readers for a long time and bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the show. Keep up the great work!

A great way to explore a new medium
I love reading club podcasts like Overdue and (ahem) My Marvelous Year so finding one dedicated to exploring a wide variety of manga with such interesting hosts was so exciting. Can't wait for more episodes! (I'd love it if you covered some Kaguya-Sama: Love is War!)

The perfect place to fall in love with manga
For manga beginners, Mangasplaining is an excellent gateway to some of the coolest creative works that comics as a medium has to offer. And for big fans of smart and thoughtful comics analysis, Mangasplaining is home to four of the most insightful comics professionals I can think of exploring why this medium — and manga specifically — is so amazing. Check out this show to fill your brain, your heart, and your bookshelf — my only regret is that I have purchased more new manga thanks to this show than I have space for.

Hearing this with your visual time stamps is a great way to invite listeners in on the conversation. Love Chip’s books and the work y’all put into this as well! Maybe we can talk some Pluto or Billy Bat someday 👀 Great work!! From your friends at American Nerds ⚡️💀⚡️💀⚡️

    If you ain’t First
Every-spider-man Chip Zdarsky blunders into the well thought out conversations on backwards funny books from abroad. Great to follow along and can’t wait to see where things are going.
