Love the show love the stories, it keeps me interested and on the edge of scared. I find myself saying “Run, No, don’t do it, do not go there”. Having experienced some pretty creepy stuff myself I oddly feel like maybe just maybe there are others that can relate to the “other” realm of reality

This podcast was good, until the one million decibel ads and AI voices came in. And I miss the scary ocean stories.

The Ai voices make it hard to follow and they sound so bland. Other than that it’s a great podcast. Use real people and it’ll be 5 stars form me :)

First story in and it has two different endings or you forgot to edit one out smh

I’ve listened to this podcast for years. I like the stories, but it’s so confusing when it skips back to a part that you already heard and reads it again…but differently.

The stories are pretty good. PLEASE make an episode about Skinwalkers and Wendigos

Really enjoy the podcast. The stories are great. The background ambient noise is soothing. & the host has a good voice for this type of podcast. But PLEASE, if you can, lower the volume of the ads. The amount of times I’ve been jump scared by Ryan Reynolds is more than I’ll admit. It’s kinda hard to stay relaxed or asleep when you’re suddenly blasted with an ad that’s insanely loud. Would totally change to 5 stars if they can fix that.

The ai reading is awful…

I LOVE this podcast but when the story’s end you have to go to the search it in the search bar and you have to click on the story and you have to pick the stories that you want so please Make all of the stories together:)

I have been listening to this podcast for the past year and most of the stories are decent. I don’t enjoy the Ai reading it but the way that the voice sounds makes the stories have much more character to them in my opinion. Overall a good podcast and it’s great to listen to while trying to fall asleep.

I do not care for AI reading these stories. It’s very dry and takes a lot from the stories.

The AI is obvious and probably just reads transcripts. Can’t listen to more than a few minutes .

I have listened to a few episodes. The stories are entertaining enough to fight boredom during chores, but I am not rushing to listen to new episodes. The monotone (probably AI) voice is off-putting. I listen to an episode or two each year.

I’ve been binging this show since I’m looking for my new scary podcast obsession. Almost all of the stories I’ve heard have been stolen from other podcasts and even read in the same order. Lots of repeated stories in differing episodes.

Love the show I fall asleep to this podcast

A lot of repetitiveness of certain sentences in some of the stories, gets kinda annoying but overall good stories and a good show

I love these stories! I listen to them constantly. And it brings a good mystery about places! AND it taught me how to spot signs when a creature is nearby

Good stories and narration, but: The show itself is super quiet (compared to other podcasts). This, in turn, means that the ads- which start suddenly- feel like they are 130 decibels. Makes me want to throw my headphones- can’t do it.

I enjoy the stories, I do. I just wish that there was maybe a hint of expression when reading.

You need more wendigos but overall this show is the best like #1

Can we have less Wendigo and Skinwalker episodes? Like everything that you do it’s awesome!

This is a gem. A seriously underrated gem. I appreciate a host with a comfortable vibe who just tells the damned story. You know? Even better, a host who makes it about the story rather than themselves, and how funny or clever they think they are. With podcasting, I’ve come to believe that simple really is better.

First, all of these stories are written by one person. That person never met an overwrought purple prose turn of phrase they didn’t like. Sometimes merely irritating, sometimes intolerable, these stories need to be completely reworked by someone with talent if this podcast has a chance of longevity.

The stories are ok to listen to it’s just a guy reading stuff from the internet like listener submissions or creepy pasta. Sometimes they are just odd and I’ll heckle them like, “Oh that’s bad!” Or “I heard that is a nice place.” Or “Why’d you do that?” Or “That sounds like a bad idea.” And makes the story more enjoyable.

I just love Skinwalker stories you should probably do more of them

I literally just found this podcast about two weeks ago and I haven’t been able to stop. I even use it to ease my nerves and I know that sounds silly talking about scary things but he’s voice in the background noise just makes it a perfect combo for me to meditate or try to sleep before I go to bed, and strangely enough, it put me in a relaxing stage and enjoying the stories

I like this podcast. I think it’s pretty well done, and some of the stories are great however, can you please do some editing to the stories that come in. It is very clear that some of these stories are written by college authors that want to be Stephen King. Not trying to be rude, but everything is this elongated description about how someone’s eyes were a storm and their mind was a Tempest and the world is a Tempest. I think I heard the word Tempest nine times in one story. Please just shorten it or edit some of this out it’ll make it a lot more streamlined.

Please consider dropping the volume of the ads, or adding a subscription for ad free?

The show itself is perfect: Goes straight into the stories, soft raindrops in the background, soothing voice, great content!! // The one flaw is the LOUD commercials. The switching from his calm voice to the loud commercials is really irritating especially in headphones. I would either turn down the commercials volume or just have the person read versions of the commercials themselves.

Love the “scary stories” but only some are scary but can a real human read it. Also can there be sound effects please.

The show is so great, love unwinding to it — however, the commercials are so much louder than the show itself it shocks you out of the ambiance/ wakes you up

Good stuff

The story’s are ok, but what’s really annoying is 3 or 4 minutes of loud commercials between each story.

It’s a super good podcast just need more accurate timestamps, it would help a lot. Otherwise than that no problems!

Just Creepy is one of the best narrator’s here and on the tube. Listen to him daily. As always much appreciated JC. Thank you far all the ha d work. If you’ve never listed. Give him a try. Great stories more than others and always posting. Can’t ask for more. Also his compilations are a must.

There are A.I. vibes. But monotone voicing is good for falling asleep to. I do feel like stuff could be improved by lowering the volume of ads, and spending a little more time adjusting grammar. Maybe intend of 2ish new podcasts a week you reduce it to one and invest more time fine tuning.

It’s clearly not a human narrator. The content is superb but it’s disappointing that a bot is used to read the stories.

Yeah that’s about it. Is he a robot? Just listen to the last episode - he literally cannot pronounce a single word. Especially if there are multiple sill-ah-bee-les. Voice coach bruv
