I love avatar the last Airbender so much and when I didn’t think there was going to be a 4th season I cried! So I wanted to take my mind off that and check out some cool podcasts. Then I found this, it is so cool and fun to listen to and I am always relating to what the fans say! I wish they had an episode that tells us why (or if they are) are they not doing season 4 😭😭😭!!! I hope you guys like this podcast as much as I did Avatar: the Last Airbender FOREVER❤️❤️❤️

I Started Binge Listening To This Podcast A Couple Months Back And I So Love It A Lot Dante And Janet You Guys Are So Amazing On Avatar The Last Airbender And Going Through Some Of The Episodes From This Awesome Series On Nickelodeon And It Made Me Wanna Start Binge Watching Avatar The Last Airbender & Legend Of Korea Those Shows Has Great Plot And Character Development

This is the best podcast in the world I wish there were more seasons

Zuko sounds so cool and I love how they put snippets from the show and this is so cool.🤩🤩🤩😎🤩😎🤩😎🤩😎🤩😎😱🤯🤯😈😈😈😻😻😻😻😹😹😹

I love the content, and the hosts. I wish that they would invite the voice actors from the other languages of the show, such as the German Aang, Johannes Walenta, or Sebastian Schulz as German Zuko! Avatar is alive and well in Europe!

I am a big fan of the Avatar show and I can’t not hear Dantay as Dantay I can only picture him as Zuko. I really really want to be a air bender and my favorite hiber nation animal is platypus bear.

All this podcast does is recap not interested, I like how the creators episodes when they are on but overall not a podcast for me.

Went to anime fiesta in my area to see Dante bad I but my kids dragged me to another voice actor so my awesome little sister took my funko pop to get signed by him. I met Janet the last time she came to anime fiesta and she is great! Dante I hear from my sister that you’re great too! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Look, I love Dante Basco as much as any ATLA fan. He’s iconic, he’s funny and he and Janet Varney have wonderful chemistry. But, IMHO he isn’t the best choice for a podcast as a platform. He often repeats himself, makes repetitive jokes and veers off track. I find it hard to enjoy certain guests because Dante can slow things down. Janet is a great host, she often takes lead and keeps the show on track. But at the same time I noticed she has to reel Dante in to focus on the episode contents. I’m very excited for Varney to host The Legend of Korra podcast. I’m realllllly hoping they bring on another co-host. Perhaps someone from Korra, maybe even Seychelle Gabriel if she’s willing! Korra is a heavy show with lots of serious talking points. I recall Dante saying he’s never even watched all 4 seasons. I’m hopeful! But I’m also such a huge fan that I’ll listen either way.

I started watching this show because of my cousin and I fell in love with it. So thank you cousin

Better than all the rest

Janet and Dante are incredible in every way, and this podcast has been a staple in my life since it began. Janet and Dante tease out every moment of hilarity, sadness, and overall significance while bringing wonderful guest that always add another dimension to an already vibrant conversation. Janet and Dante love this world just as much as fans, and this podcast is perfect evidence of that fact.

I recently finally joined the ATLAB fandom and find the hype completely deserved! I needed more as soon as I finished watching and this podcast delivers. Dante and Janet are so wholesome, knowledgeable, and willing to learn. I really enjoy their perspectives and the variety of segments they bring to the show. Great podcast to dive deeper into the lore and get to know the why and how behind the characters and story. Plus so fun to hear Zuko’s voice breaking down the show details! Love it and highly recommend.

I feel like since the episode are usually 40ish minutes sometimes less then you have these long ads. When you guys spend 25 minutes just giving a play by play of the entire episode by the time your done with that then you only have like 8 minutes to actually talk about the episode.. idk just the whole flow of this podcast throws me off I wish there was more time. but if that’s the format you prefer then you’ll love this podcast

Great listen!! Listening to this podcast brings back all the feelings I had watching the show. Nothing like having Korra and Zuko reminisce with you about Team Avatar’s adventures.

I’ve been unwell and this podcast has been an oasis for me during a rough time. I really appreciate Janet and Dante’s banter and all the inside jokes. I’m currently on the “puppet master” episode and like many it’s one of my favorites. It feels like a turning point for the series and Katara’s journey and growth. I remember watching the series originally and getting frustrated that Katara needed an obvious source of water in order to bend, I’d say “there’s water everywhere’”, then book 3 comes along and I not only felt validated, but impressed that the creators were ahead of the game. Lastly, Hama’s defeat reminds me of Olena Tyrell’s (of Game of Thrones), even though she loses in the end, she ultimately wins because she passes on her legacy. Amazing episode!

This is my favorite podcast. I’m constantly just grinning like an idiot while listening to this at work. It’s just so special getting all these insider looks into these series with all the people that brought them to life.

I love this show and when I found out about this podcast I was all over it. You two are the perfect people to host this and I love how you did it. But if I could make one request I would make more shows like legend of Korra, where they show an earth bending avatar, and maybe even a fire bending avatar after that. And maybe see who Kora marries 👉👈 if she does. This show is so good and has brought me so much happiness.😀😀Thank you so much. And a note to nickelodeon, yall need to make another podcast about The Legend of Kora. That would make it all complete.

FaIthful listener and lover of ATLA. The premium subscription add on has kinda blocked up my feed. Makes it hard to find things and know when new stuff drops for the non paid listeners. Other than that I’m glad they are back and hope they do Korra!

I’m a huge fan of the show and have been listening since it began! I had the utmost pleasure of meeting Janet at Granite State Comic Con a few years back. (I was wearing the purple velvet coat and Raccoon vertebrae earrings with the amethyst we both bonded over). You were such a gem to meet Janet! Anyways thank you for working so hard on the podcast. I look forward to the rest of this season and can’t wait to get into Korra! I’m also currently listening to the new episode (The Avatar and the Firelord) and I think we just need to mention the huge name that voiced Sozin mister Ron Perlman! But I believe that Hiro Kanagawa voiced him as well. Perhaps the older version.

Didn’t think it was possible to love and appreciate the brilliance of ATLA and LOK until listening to this podcast. All the insight you never knew you needed… all delivered from Zuko and Korra. You guys (along with everyone else who worked on the show) are amazing. Thank you!

There was a add that made this cereal seem like it would get your kid high

The production quality for the first season wasn’t great, but the interviews were great. The two hosts Janet and Dante did talk over each other quite a bit in the first season, but I think it’s just because this is a new format for them. The second season is excellent. Not only did they come to a consistent style to present the show, but they also got a production team and the audio quality is much much better. The first season was almost intolerable to listen to, from a technical perspective, because the episodes were mixed very poorly. There was no compression on the vocals, and sometimes Dante would speak very loudly, and it would blow up my speakers. I had to ride my volume control every time I’d listen to the show, especially if I had it turned up to combat the road noise of my car. I’m very much looking forward to listening to the rest of the show as the quality has improved so much more. I’m even looking forward to listening to the Korra episodes.

The first two season were 5/5, but hiding the entire book 3 except for the first episode behind a pay wall just leaves a bad taste.

My husband & son introduced me to this show when it first came out. I was pregnant with my 2nd son. I love to say he is as old as the original series. We have been fans ever since. We own the original series on DVD. We dressed as the elements one Halloween. When it came out on Netflix we were thrilled & it is often something we watch when there’s nothing to watch. I have recently discovered this podcast & even though I have watched it from the inception, I have learned soooo much just listening. Thank you for bringing new insight to a show my family & I have watched since the start.

These two are the perfect hosts! I do think it would be an interesting episode to talk about the live action movie or “the movie that must not be named”. I would love to hear Dante’s and Janet’s thoughts on it. But they are doing a fantastic job!

I learned about this show from a youtube channel i’m subscribed to and i couldn’t be happier to have been introduced to it!! I adore ATLA and Korra, so this show is a great listen because i get to learn more about the show but also hear thoughts from those involved! Wish i could give it more than 5 stars ❤️
