We need more kindness in the world and Robert is front and center, spreading the gospel of being nice to each other. Such a delightful podcast and a surefire way to turn your frown upside down!

Since coming across this podcast a month or so ago, I've fallen head in love with everything about this pod: the concept, the guests, the way the conversations play out, the pieces of insight & wisdom I take from each episode &, most of all, the host, Rob, with all his genuine enthusiasm & revere for his guests &, of course, his kindness!! Usually I only look for/listen to certain episodes of a pod, but AOK has become the 2nd one that I truly follow & I'm always awaiting the newest episode (even though, I have lots of old ones to catch up on). I've shared a specific episode with a friend, but, in general, I've been talking about it with others & have posted about it on IG. Whether I've known the guest's work or not, I haven't heard a bad episode or not taken something from it. Special shout out for covering the Jimmy Awards! I love that so many talented high school students had the opportunity to be interviewed. Thank you to Rob & the entire AOK team are making a unique & exceptional podcast!!

As an artist and theater fan outside of show biz, this podcast is inspiring, joyful and humanizes many of the performers I have long admired on stage and screen. I listen to The Art of Kindness every Monday on my early morning commute. It is the best way to start the day/my week! So much of what we listen to and absorb is about the problems in our society, but The AOK breathes optimism, good-spirits, and joy into our world. The host, Rob, has a way of making his guests feel comfortable, which leads them to open up in honest and authentic ways. I’m not typically one to listen to interviews, but this podcast has my full attention each episode! There is so much out there about celebrity gossip, but the AOK flips that on its head and reroutes the conversation to be about positivity and light. I would recommend this podcast to anyone!
