Like a Warm Hug

I love listening to this podcast! Liz has such a beautiful way of always making it feel like everything will be ok - no matter what is going on in the present moment. Can be a truly beautiful experience!!

Came across this because I’ve been having a year with a lot of activity that I haven’t experienced since I was young. I just started listening, but it’s been really helpful the way she puts things into perspective & makes me not feel like I’m just losing it lol. Plus the meditations at the end are honestly transcendent 🙏 😇 ...thank you so much please keep doing these!
