This is an extremely valuable and informative site
I’ve been listening for a while now and continue to be impressed with the quality of the information. It is presented in an easy to follow format with the host doing an excellent job as a podcast moderator. The calibre of guests is outstanding. I have recommended it to a number of friends and they now follow it themselves. With over 31 years in the medical field I am quite proficient at separating the ‘wheat from the chaff’. This is clearly good information that allows you to understand the topic and gives you sources to follow up with for more information and verification of specifics. Frankly, it’s my favorite podcast!!

    LOVE This!
As a registered nurse, with over 20 years of experience, I have learned so much through this podcast. I deeply appreciate the discussion of medical diagnoses and conditions, unpacking the root causes of them, and empowering us to take control of our own lives and make day to day changes that will impact our health and well-being. I enjoy learning from each expert, and after hearing many of the podcast, I have sought out more information from these experts to dive deeper into what was discussed on the podcast. Thank you for giving me the tools to a healthier and more vibrant life. I also enjoy passing on nuggets of truth that I have learned from this podcast, when appropriate, to my patients.

    Inflammatory food
I don’t understand your statement of having inflammatory foods once or twice a week is okay in comfort food. Eating inflammatory foods causes a chain reaction that will leave antibodies in your body for weeks after consumption. From my personal experience, the inflammatory foods is the root of the problem. I have cured every health issue I have with this ideology. Why are we not eliminating these items out of our diet and creating comfort foods that don’t include them? I think this is the true definition of comfort food, something that makes you feel good inside and out. Everything I cook is absent of casein, gluten, and refined sugar, and everyone I feed comes back for seconds. Quote from my 17 year old son” eating healthy would be so hard if the food wasn’t so good “

Top notch knowledge w references and integration w Rupa Health to help you further your education and ordering functional medicine tests. I’m a fan and appreciate this way of learning. Just a longevity and health enthusiast
I’m not a medical doctor or practitioner. I am a 62 year old female trying to live a healthier life. I stumbled on this podcast. I like the professionalism of the episodes and although their target market is health professionals, I find them easy to understand and filled with information that I haven't heard elsewhere. I like that they are about sharing and that I don’t feel I’m being sold. Thank you!

    Wonderful video! 10/10
I loved this! I am 22 and pursing the medical field. I am also becoming very serious about my own health. I don’t want to become one of my patients I see helpless in the hospital just falling apart. It’s sad and they have to be so miserable. I wouldn’t wish that for anyone! This helped me a lot! I see the struggle with health in America. I think more doctors and hospitals should follow the standards talked about in theses videos. I like the proactive approach, It’s great! This video gives people insight and tools to help them take their health into their own hands. I want to be knowledgeable enough to help people in this way. Very inspiring I can’t wait to learn more!

    Supplement 1 –0–1 a must listen
Wow! Will listen to this again and share with family and friends. My practitioner uses Wellevate and it appears they were acquired by Fullscript. Does this mean that Wellevate and Fullscript will share the same standard of excellence or should I ask my practitioner to help me order from Fullscript?
