MirelaBThe side and personal conversation šThis show made me excited when I saw the title. I tried listening to few different episodes, but most of the show is the hosts just chatting. I really donāt want to waste time listening to two chicks chat. Tell us the story. I didnāt look for a show about two girls talking about their family life, their careers, or their college days. Very disappointing

Mpress7Makes My Experiences In NH Hospitals Make More SenseVery interesting podcast. I spent 4 years in and out of hospitals in NH and MA recently and hearing yāallās opinions has explained a lot of questionable things I experienced/saw/heard. Not sure if I ever came across either of yāall but I did have some great nurses and other medical staff in NH and othersā¦not so great. Soo many stories about my times in those hospitals and soo many questions I have! But good podcast! Keep up the good work and if youāre ever curious about the patient side of things at NH and MA hospitals Iād love to chat!

Lovemyapps3Great podcast for medical peepsI enjoy their podcasts. As a former ER and now a Travel Clinical Research Nurse, I enjoy medical related podcasts and this one is great. I enjoy the cases, like that they do follow-ups, and also explain things for the lay people.
-
emberszUghI enjoy learning about some of these stories and the people involved. I also appreciate their healthcare knowledge but the hosts need to learn more about the criminal justice system, where they clearly possess little knowledge.
-
wjifbeicbeGreat ladiesLove this podcast! Iām a nurse who works from home and this helps me get through my long days abstracting charts.
-
jaaaaaaaaacI am hookedIām making my way through each episode as quick as I canā¦you gals are fun, as a healthcare worker, I love the medical verbiage. My work commute has been great, thank you!
-
HannahNanner5Hurricane KatrinaIf you havenāt watched āFive Day at Memorialā on Apple, do it now! Iām sure it may be a little embellished, but it goes further in to detail about this horrific time these patients and health care workers experienced and the impossible task they were faced with. As a nurse, it had me speechless. Thank you for covering this one!

mad nopeGasps and interruptionsListening to the most recent episode, it was annoying. Devon if you have a cold, please keep your sniffles or possibly mute your mic. There were too many gasps and interruptions that it was hard to listen to in this podcast. The moans and groansā¦eh. But good luck and idk I feel if I met these two in a hospital, they would be biased and letās just say they seem like they would treat my pain scale differently from others

405waitingRelevant to my InterestsSome time ago I heard a promo for MedCrimes from Nate Hale, an entirely fictional character (The Conspirators Podcast) and immediately subscribed. While I work in intelligence and not medicine, I'm hooked on crime stories that aren't the everyday Dateline murder. I find myself exclaiming for letter words in the car at the same time as the hosts. Thank you Kate and Devon for keeping me entertained and engaged on the LA freeways! Keep up the good work.

hagrid88Itās definitely Appa-latchinā in the Southgood podcast

Beckaroo1975Audio is poor/interrupting story tellerIām an avid true crime fan. I have listened to about every podcast there is! Working from home I live for podcasts. Iām not meaning to be mean or harsh. Just hoping to help u out with some advice. I found this one as I was looking for something new. I like to start from the beginning. So in all fairness things might have already been fixed for the better. I might pick a recent show before I call it quits. On episode three u have someone telling the story. They are very soft spoken. Canāt hardly hear. I have to turn the volume up so loud. But then the other person interrupts often and her mouth has to be so close to the mic. Sheās practically yelling! I donāt have time to sit and turn volume up and down every five seconds. It does need done often as the main story teller gets interrupted quite often for the other person to add whatever is going on in her mind. This is a huge pet peeve and generally an automatic unfollow for me. Let them tell the dang story!!!! Iām very much in favor of a podcast that wants to tell the story and less bantering back and forth. While a little bantering is fine, interrupting every five seconds is not bantering and gets very annoying! I will skip this one and go to a recent to see if itās been fixed possibly. If not Iām out. Sorry! I would very much come back to listen if things were changed up! Thanks for offering this type of podcast though.

lynnedoodlesLove the Medical AngleWell researched and treated seriously but fun loving hosts when not specifically talking murder. Great chemistry, interesting listen.

andi_sue_PTExactly right.Great content but if Kate was paid on the number of times she says āexactlyā and āexactly rightā sheād be a rich woman. Itās a little distracting.
-
mar9274929Entertaining and engagingIām super picky about podcast but this one works for me, itās perfect! The subject matter niche and is well covered. Canāt wait to keep listening :) thanks for doing what you do

Mormon Layered ShirtsMedcrimes is tops!Iām really enjoying working my way through all the past episodes. I love the personal stories and banter between the hosts- Kate and Devon. I work in dentistry and was glad you all covered Howard Schneider- absolutely horrifying. Looking forward to future content ā¤ļø

tinytsarinaEnjoyableI enjoyed starvation Heights. However Ollala is not an Island. The town of Ollala is on a peninsula. You can get to it by driving around through Olympia. And ferry during the time period. I am not sure why but this detail bothered me.
-
alyalyalycatHorrible audio qualityImmediately turned this off after listening to just 30 secs of one episode bc of how terrible the sound quality is. Itās crystal clear for one of the hosts, but the other one sounds like sheās yelling over a bathroom exhaust fan while moving around. Hard pass.
-
BudoliStop twilight zone themeIt is super annoying to hear someone voice the Twilight Zone theme. And they have done it every episode. Please stop. Outside of that, content is good enough. Appreciate the medical side of things.

honeybunny526ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøFive outta five hearts for these ladies! I am a CMA, EMT, and a high school health science teacher. I have been listening since the beginning and got addicted from the first episode. I tell my students about yāallās stories all the time. Yāall have come a long way since the beginning and when I drive to and from work, I always check to see if yāall snuck in a surprise episode between your every two week drops. Keep up the good work gals! Oooohā¦. And I like the cussinā!

CnofsingerNew favorite podcastWhen I discovered Medcrimes I was hooked. This Podcast became one of my all time favorites almost overnight! Iāve now listened to every episode and look forward to the new episodes every 2 weeks. Kate and Devon are as knowledgeable as they are entertaining and hilarious. They do a great job at explaining the medical side of these cases really well so people like me who are not in the medical field can understand. I canāt wait for season 3!
-
Lizzyba50Love the stories!Very entertaining! Disturbing that there are people in the medical field that want to harm people, especially children. Enjoy hearing about their friendship.
-

operaticpandas13Favorite podcast!!By far my favorite podcast. I love the chemistry Kate and Devon have and I love their information. The way they tell it and their input is so entertaining! They do a great job researching each story and I like that they cite their resources. They are also very down to earth and relatable. I admit I like the longer episodes because I just soak up the information. Could you do stories on EMS or other first responders? Love you guys!
-
summer_105Great podcastI stumbled on this podcast by accident and have been hooked since! Iāve listened to every single episode in 2 weeks! Now I look forward to their episode release. I love how they tell the stories, the way they interact with each other, and the interesting stories they find. Great podcast from a fellow nurse :)
-
May the nurse be with youTHE BEST PODCASTIf you are a nurse or just in the medical field at all, you NEED this podcast in your life. It is so educational and entertaining! I feel like Iām best friends with the hosts too because they talk like weāre all having a conversation. I totally catch myself talking to them during each episode š
-
JChildersRNBest medical true crime podcastThis is the best medical true crime podcast out there. Everything is thoroughly researched and told in a knowledgeable manner. The ladies have a great rapport and they make you feel like they could be your BFFās. The only thing I would say is it needs MORE cussing.
-
pomplemoose32Fun Listen!I found this podcast when I was learning about Charles Cullen, and Iāve been hooked ever since. Iām upset Iām about to be caught up cause that means Iāll have to wait for every other Tuesday!

MB PNPGreat Listening for the Ride HomeIāve followed this podcast since it started. It makes me feel like Iām in the basement with work friends telling Medcrime stories. Their sense of humor and factual telling is what makes this podcast so enjoyable.
-
Chava7*27*11Amazing MedCrimes Podcast!!Iāve been listening to MedCrimes PC since both Kate and Devon since my partner recommended the show. They always have great content to share with us and I listen to it when Iām driving or at the gym! They definitely know how to structure their content and easy to follow through. Other podcasts do too much in terms of background music which can be distracting at times from the actual content. I appreciate how they came long ways in terms of audio. To me it wasnāt as bad as maybe they thought it was but you can tell the difference between the first episode and now! Something I donāt like are the cliffhangers (just a joke!) but it keeps me hooked because I always turn for the next episode hehe
-
ErinGeerFantastic! These ladies are fantastic and the stories they cover are always so interesting! Thank you to Kate and Devon for spending time out of your crazy busy days to make this lovely podcast!
-

euro girlDON and NPNurses make sure you give them money and cause we love DONs š
-
db4'fndjgjendUghGet rid of the host that canāt keep her mouth shut and this would be so good!
-
MamapegelaSome great content, love that it is medical, but..I have been enjoying listening to this podcast for the incredibly shocking stories being told, especially the ones taking place in hospitals as that is where I have spent my career and I can visualize how everything they are explaining could happen. Scary stuff! I edited this review after initially criticizing some issues with their earlier episodes. The hosts have smoothed out the rough patches and have a really strong presentation of these cases. One of my favorite podcasts and I love that it is presented by two nurses!
-
fussybritchrsLove this!I am a Nurse Practitioner in Denver. I found this and have listened to almost every episode on my way to work. Love nurses and love true crime! You ladies are awesome!
-
KidLezI liked it untilā¦I listened to a few episodes and I was really enjoying it until I listened to the Hicks Baby episode. The hosts know that Hicks kidnapped children for illegal adoptions and endangered the health of the babies and mothers in a number of ways. Still they said he was doing a good thing by manipulating women who came to him for abortions. It was shocking to hear medical professionals whose bias against reproductive agency is so strong they would attribute virtue to such a clearly dangerous man. One host caught themselves and at least realized it was controversial but itās a podcast they could have easily edited the conversation to not ascribe good intentions to a dangerous man.

KristyBR79Love Kate & Devon! This podcast RULES! If you love true crime of any kind, you will be hooked with these ladies! Kate and Devon are so knowledgeable and their research is unparalleled - you can instantly tell that they are not only amazing at their day jobs as medical professionals, but they really care about the cases and research them so thoroughly. And best of all, I feel like Iām just having some wine and girl time with some great girlfriends (that Iāve never met! šš·) Iām a Patreon member as well and just canāt get enough of my every-other-Tuesday dates with K & D!! ā„ļøā„ļø
