    Where’d you go?
I really wish this would come back! I’m a sucker for podcasts like this and have been patiently waiting since S1 ended. I would LOVE to see where this goes. Please make more episodes!

    Phenominal
This show is truly one of the best audio dramas I have ever heard. It had me gripped from the moment I pressed play to the very end. Intense highs and emotional lows. Great plot twists and TOP TIER acting.

    A little too much
So…sound effects and voice acting, A+. I was seriously impressed. However, what started off as a promising character driven story took some crazy plot driven turns. I know this is fiction, but the “twist” really pushes the level of plausibility for me, even for fiction. I think it tried to reach too far. But it was an enjoyable listen during my workouts 😊

    Boring, predictable plot
I think your average high schooler could have come up with a better storyline. There’s absolutely no substance to this podcast. The most interesting part of the series is in the first 2 mins of it where they detail the natural disaster the caused the opening in the sea floor. It takes a nosedive off a cliff immediately after that. The continuous ads for Ice Cream throughout every single episode are really cringe, too. Basically, I’m giving this 2-stars to be nice.

    Found this through ice-cream!
Yes, it’s a little all over the place—but I still love it. I’m trying to remind myself that Declan is Declan and not the handsome cannibal ice cream man, though

    Spoilers!!
I want to start this by saying I was very ready to leave a 2 star review. To quote the show “This doesn’t make any sense” and he was right! I was enraged by them letting a buffoon of a captain leading an incredibly important dive and everyone just listening to him go against protocols. That being said I’m glad I got to wait for an explanation about it and finished the whole series The twist was amazing and made it a far more interesting story! I don’t know if I’d say completing a genocide is a good redemption arc for Deklin but it was far more satisfying than him killing everyone with his stupidity. Would be a 4 star because of the actual premise of why they were sent down on a suicide mission because some millionaire wanted to date another guys wife, but an actual announcement of a 2nd season makes it a lot more exciting and brought it up to a 5 star for me

    Worth the Listen
The storyline is a reach, but the voice acting makes up for it. I binged all five episodes pretty quickly. Hopefully there will be another season to build on the world that they’ve created in the first.

    Childish Plot Points
So many tropes in episode one. The main character is terrible, in acting and motivation. The swearing and predictable relationship scenarios make it doubtful I will make beyond a few episodes.

    Nice job
This podcast is right up my alley. I love creature suspense thrillers. This has a compelling story with great sound design and engineering. The voice actors are also very good however I wish more time was devoted to character development. As a result, some of the actions and responses seem unrealistic and overdone. I guess that’s hard to do with just 5 episodes. Looking forward to season 2

A suspensful thrill of an experience
Cascasia is an amaizing audio drama, with very detailed background audio and music that brings you deep into the experience. It's character building and story is well paced and can make you love characters you initially hated and vice versa. I can't wait to hear season two as i can't get enough of the first season as it is!

    Absolute Banger!!
This show was a wild ride from the moment I started to the final episode cliffhanger. Absolutely stunning work, acting, writing, production and editing. Truly binged this all in one night. Can't wait for season 2!

    Missed potential
There is a lot of great audio production skill being utilized here. However, for some reason I just can’t stand the main characters voice. The lisp drives me up the wall. I’m not sure if it was intentional to give the captain an air of incompetence and inexperience, but I think there are more effective ways. Also, though the story is a very intriguing one,it would have been much being spread out over more episodes with additional time for exposition. There’s a lot going on and major plot points are rapid fire without much going on in between. Overall a decent podcast to listen to, but could be much better.

    I loved it
Well done 911 Podcasts on a great debut. Cascadia should be proud of the work they put in. I enjoyed every minute of it. Particularly loved the unexpected crew member. He needs his own show. 😉

    Ambitious, but Uneven
The acting is mostly good. There’s a lot going on in this story, plenty of action. But a lot of what is going on is really uneven. Each episode almost seems like a completely different show than all the others. How the men and fathers are developed and portrayed compared to the women and mothers really sticks out as a missed opportunity for a bit more thoughtful writing for the the moms. Ditto the lack of scientific detail in this SciFi adventure. And I’m not sure about the diving stuff, either. It’s always more immersive when these things are accurate and fleshed out instead or glossed over. There’s also some issues with uneven volumes in the sound. I’d had it turned way up for the intro montage only to have my ears blasted when the main character dialog started. That makes listening a lot harder. Which is a shame because so much of the sound design is really nice.

    Awesome!
I really enjoyed this audio drama! It was really engaging and satisfying. I only wish there was more cuz it was too short :-)

At least it was a short season
I binged the whole first season (already listened to all the good fiction shows), and have no idea how this show is rated as well as it is. The production value is high and the concept had potential, the acting is better-than-average for podcasts, but the writing is incredibly, incredibly awful and drags the whole production down.

    It’s awful
Sorry, I barely made it through the first episode.
