Listening to this podcast inspires me. It gives me faith in humanity again. It’s so easy to say, “We’re screwed!” But we’re not. It’s not too late, and it’s lovely to hear people having fun doing hard, meaningful work. It’s definitely worth a listen. It will make you smile—and that’s a good thing.

Biased review: I’ve been working on The Carbon Almanac with Seth Godin and his global band of volunteers to make a difference for our planet’s and humanity’s future. It’s a seemingly impossible task, but watching this effort take shape over the last several months has been an inspiring experience. These podcasts go deep with the volunteers who made TCA and the broader initiative surrounding the almanac. It is worth the time hearing their stories and true passion. It will inspire you for whatever seemingly impossible task you face.

Valuable perspectives from all over the globe, with a friendly, engaging host. “Normal” people - not scientists, generally, who’ve insisted on going beyond the norm to find and share what most of us don’t know about climate change and it’s impacts. This is all about the amazing way they joined together to create an amazing book of facts-in less than 4 months, virtually, and all as volunteers-most never having met!

Great behind-the-scenes peek at what it was like to collaborate on a massive climate project. The people are so likable, thoughtful, caring. And the conversations are powerful! Helps you feel less alone in the fight for our earth.

Fascinating stories about the people who were involved in this amazing project from Seth Godin and 300+ volunteers. We went in without knowing what to expect and came out with a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of something so much bigger than a book. I can easily say that we won the lottery!

These stories are a case study in the power of people coming together. I love learning about each person’s background and how they’re able to come together from all over the world to work on projects for a common purpose. At a time when the world is divided in so many ways it’s inspiring to hear about people working together to tackle the climate change challenge!
