As a real estate agent and entrepreneur, I was looking around for a blueprint on putting together how to use video, creating lead magnets, what should be be on my website, how to move a client through the Know, Like, Love cycle, and… anything else I was missing. Tanya is flat out telling us how to put all this together AND MORE!! How do you construct your blog? What should you post to YouTube? What should your Instagram or Facebook video be doing? Why shouldn’t you ever rely on just FB and IG? How do you construct a freebie? How about a script format that feels people in? I am even looking at what my first course should be so I can start having multiple streams of revenue! And it is ALL no nonsense. No fluff. She doesn’t talk about dumb stuff and laugh about it for twenty minutes before she gets to it. Every episode is pure meat. No gristle! I can’t thank Tanya enough for everything that she offers for free on this podcast, on her website, on the Facebook group… just so much! I still remember it like it was yesterday when I first came across Tanya on YouTube. I became a raving fan and a stalker for her knowledge and experience.
