Peter is a great interviewer, and honestly has access to the centroid of SV, its such fun to listen in on what seasoned elites are conversating about with the up and coming accelerationists My only suggestion is to bring Salim on for every episode as an official co-host. His episodes are always the best. Peter and him have great banter / rapport and he asks great questions to other guests. Such a reliably fun show. Many thanks Peter for sharing these conversations. Love the ongoing optimism, we need so much more of that in this world.

Sam Altman’s vocal fry is a subtle thoughtful chalkboard fingernail scrapping opera. Elon cites invented percentages so our caste level can understand. “Compute” is a word worth repeating. Operating systems make great metaphors for brain functions. It works the other way too. Neato. 10x this, and 20x that. God just stop. Eat the rich. Now more than ever. I love the content but it feels like a daytime TV show with a cut to commercial fifteen times during an episode.

The first thing I want to say is “I love you, guys!” I was listening to you on my morning walk which became so energized it spontaneously transformed into a 3-mile run… Indeed, what could be best than a moonshot in the early morning, while being bathed by the first rays of the sun? I was still in for a surprise… I truly appreciate the passion in your voice AND the call for passion that is at the core of your message. Yes, I am 66 years young going on 5 and I have a fire in my belly that makes me do all I can to support my body wholeheartedly. Exercise, sleep, nutrition, hygiene: here I come! I want and choose to stay here and contribute my gifts towards the phenomenal unfolding of the next six decades (at the least). Thus the preciousness of the information you shared. Besides your enthusiasm, two things impacted me: your definition of dynamics (or “power”)… Strength, Stamina, Agility, Flexibility and Balance. Brilliant! It led me to increase my stretching routine starting today! Also, the possibility of exosomes as a more cost-effective alternative to stem cells. Altogether, THANK YOU! I really am grateful to know that you exist and to learn from you!

Episode with David Sinclair was truly inspiring and changed my mindset about aging. What an opportunity for public health.

I love this podcast. On the surface, it’s about tech, science, and innovation. It’s smart and inspiring. It shows, via conversations between the host and guests, how the future can be better than the past - it just takes ambition, skill, and the ability to think big. Beneath the surface, it’s a critique of our entire society: instead of fighting, we should be building. The host is a rockstar, as is every guest. There are a couple of tiny things that could improve. 1. The intro music is terrible and weirdly gets louder than the actual show (I need to adjust the volume just for the intro). I’m not picky about these things- I like the intro music featured in every other podcast I’ve ever heard (dozens of them). 2. Peter is a serial interrupter. He even interrupts his own points. Sometimes this helps to get the conversation back on track, but sometimes it kills some very interesting buds of discussion. The episode with Balaji was my favorite and my least favorite at the same time. The conversation was fascinating, but thanks to Peter’s focus on staying the course, I will never know why he “would rather put a gun to my head” than head NASA, nor will I find out why Balaji doesn’t believe in cryonics. He kept interrupting about “but I want to talk about…” but why is your list of preset questions more important than what the guest wants to talk about? (This critique is especially true of the earlier episodes, and I think it’s gotten better.) In this regard, I think Peter can learn from Lex Fridman, who just lets the conversation flow- and if he really wants to get to a question, he just lets the episode take longer than usual so he can get at it. Still, I highly recommend! Thanks for making this, Peter! Hersh

To be able to tune into this podcast and know I am listening to reliable new science or visionaries from all sectors who bring it!!! I am stoked! This podcast is for anyone who needs real information and can picture the world as a better place!!!! I can’t share it with my friends fast enough- at least I will know we can discuss big bold takeaways from Moonshots and Minsets

Peter’s optimism about solving world problems is very inspiring despite the sort of Multi Level Marketing feel to much of what he puts out. Peter is doing a lot of great work, without a doubt. I was as excited as all heck to see this new podcast but made the mistake of listening to the Musk interview first. Based on that and part of the Tony Robbins episode I am not ready to give this 4 stars. I’ll listen to the rest and update my rating. The Musk interview was on the level of two college students who are very stoned. The kissing up to Elon was disgusting. As I said I admire what Peter has done in the last decade. I’ll revise my rating if warranted.

Peter always delivered great content and this podcast is not the exception. Excited to continue learning and getting inspiration from him and his guests.

I’ve followed Peter Diamandis for some time - he’s been early to numerous technological trends, surrounds himself with the smartest domain experts in the world, and actively invests and builds companies solving important problems. He also remains one of the most encouraging and insightful figures in technology. Moonshots and Mindsets gives us a glimpse into the minds of the most ambitious people in the world, hosted by one of their own. We’re surrounded by individuals who are fearful to take risks and rely on limiting beliefs to guide them. All of us could benefit from greater perspectives, encouragement, and information that will lead us to take more chances in life and business. For those of us in tech it is even more imperative to do so.

The podcast I have been waiting for! Thank you for making this podcast, Peter! Peter has helped me keep a positive outlook in life and inspired me to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.

Peter’s approach to thinking about entrepreneurship is both novel and useful. Pulling from some of the most interesting ideas coming out of Silicon Valley and just good fundamentals Peter provides an empowering vision towards the positive impact an entrepreneur who focuses on solving hard, meaningful problems can have.

There are a number of podcasts I listen to but only two I listen to as soon as they drop - All In and Acquired. Now I have three with Moonshots and Mindsets. Peter interviews guests that you’ve likely heard on numerous other podcasts but makes it vastly more engaging by asking better questions due to having more knowledge and passion for the subjects he discusses with his guests. This allows him to go deeper with guests versus a surface layer type interview where guests stick to their script. Also no introductory fluff (ie tell me about your life, how you got started, etc) - he gets right into it - which is appreciated especially if you’ve heard the guests prior.

Thank you, Peter I have been at crossroads and your podcast with Tim Urban really struck me when talking about your passion and purpose. I have been trying to decide if I pursue a goal of engaging children to nature through the use of technology. I already had a meeting to present my idea but you help me see the purpose that is pulling me when my passion had spread me to thin. Thank you!

Peter is an outstanding visionary, who is both inspiring, and action orientated. He comes up with wildly incredible ideas that moves humanity forwards, and then makes them happen. Peter, and anyone he is interviewing, is so worth listening to, not only to elevate levels of thinking, and expand what you think is possible, but to give hope in the future of humanity and for our planet.

Being African American and in education, I was so inspired to hear this first podcast. It was so engaging and honest. I love that she talks about finding her purpose in life. From the Xprize and Abundance to the regular Futureloop emails, Peter has been pushing the envelope, inspiring progress, and hacking the future. The podcast is what you’d expect. However, the idea that futurists all use Apple products, is silly. Many, I dare say most, serious users of technology choose Linux or Windows where you get more bang for your buck. Apple makes you pay double for devices that can’t even play modern games, let alone develop the future. LOL. The least he could do is place the podcast on other platforms and not assume we all use iTunes.

Peter bringing in big names for educational and inspiring discussion right out of the gate. Great so far and looking forward to more awesome content!

I have been following Peter since I first discovered his book, Abundance. At the time, I was in search of my give-back purpose or in Peter’s term massively transformative purpose (MTP). I believe I have found my purpose in organizing a global mentoring community focused on leadership development for people in the workforce. After all, a group of ordinary people doing extraordinary things with the drive, passion, and purpose eventually change the world. I would like to make the world a better place by connecting accomplished leaders and aspiring ones anywhere in the world to create a positive impact in the world together fueled by their mentoring relationships and journeys. Peter’s work continues to be a inspiration to me.

Peter always fascinates and gives us things to look forward to. The podcast and discussions help bring important conversations to the wider public and hopefully give everyone a voice and a chance to make the future as great as Peter believes it will be. I’m also hoping future episodes and his community make technological progress available to more people. I’ve had ideas for years but don’t have the network or access to resources needed. I had the chance to meet Dr Proctor in Miami and hearing her tell her story on Peter’s podcast was amazing. As a ex-convict Peter’s knowledge and wisdom has changed my life and given me hope for a future I never thought was possible. I’ll be tuning in for more episodes.
