Literally the only podcast I can listen to and enjoy every single episode. These 2 awesome ladies are so entertaining and will tell it how it is. They say the quiet part out loud and I love that for them.

I’m listening to the January 2 episode about the ridiculous mothers trying to smother their children in college. I just wanted to make an observation that this is the reason why Donald Trump is president. Those children don’t know anything about the actual world. They certainly don’t read the news and I’m pretty sure moms don’t either. And I thought you might appreciate my making that connection.Incidentally this is a four star review for a uniformly five star program. I’ll write a more 305 star review later I’m in the car.

Every week when I tune in to the podcast, I think of that long ago, fateful time in U.S. history when Baby Jessica fell down the well. Pumps is so much older than Blessica that she will remember that circumnavigated tragedy. If today our amazing Blessica were to suffer the same fate, I would also demand that unnecessary community resources be used to save her. Thank you both from a gaytriot in Florida.

I recently went fishing on a beautiful lake and spent 8 hours trying to catch a good fish, but with no luck since it was a pretty cold day outside. Then all of a sudden we see a bald eagle flying in the distance but while everyone was taking pictures and in awe, I immediately thought, “CAACAWW that’s mama meat curtains!” but clearly I couldn’t say that out loud because you can imagine only I (the 20 year old lesbian) would understand that reference. Anyways, literally 30 minutes after that happened I caught a really nice catfish, so thank you to Jessica, Meemaw Drag and Kathy for the amazing patriotic luck!

Hello from your neighboring Red State of Texas! So ladies, I am older than Pumps, but I still care what I look like. I have watched everything you have ever done. Lately I am spending too much of the few years I have left trying to figure out where everyone’s outfits are from. Can you possibly squeeze in some clues about the gorgeous clothes you wear? I first heard of these ladies on the Today show where they did an “I’ve had it rant” I thought it was hilarious and searched them out on my podcast app. I was disappointed thinking the podcast was solely focused on petty grievances when in reality it is a disguise. It is often a very political, liberal driven podcast. They stereotype those who are on the right and those stereotypes aren’t true. I get it you don’t like Trump - move on. You think Biden was great? For this reason they lose a star so if you lean more to the right be sure you have your skip button handy. If I skip over those liberal parts the podcast is hilarious and truly captures the essence of the petty grievances we encounter daily.

As a gay man (ew I hate that term Lmaoo) I just have to say how so so refreshing it is to have your voice clearly, plainly and concisely you guys unwaveringly support and defend the LGBTQIA, feminism, and minorities in such a matter of fact way. It’s groundbreaking work in the most effective subtle ways. Being 19 starting out this treacherous journey lol, you’ve given me that much needed kick and reassurance. As someone young, Latino, and pretty left-wing I’m glad to see you two speak up about things in American politics. I love every episode, but my heart quickens whenever Josh Welch makes a cameo. But why? I mean, he ate the center of Jen’s cinnamon bun! His ordering habits are abhorrent and insanely ridiculous. He got marinara on Jen’s super hot white Gucci shorts. He “made” Jen attend five family rehab days! FIVE! Yet, it turns out that he is the hero I never thought I needed. This is going to go straight to his already overinflated ego, but I will salute him with a loud and proud CA CAH! I am an atheist, but god bless you Jen, for your years of support for that ridiculous yet endearing husband of yours. And to Pumps as well, for also putting up with him. Keep speaking the honest truth; I am proud to join you in the resistance!

Lost in a sea of darkness around the election my Instagram algorithm suggestions finally stopped serving me skincare for the elderly and dubious sex toys and dealt up these two southern blondes with enough scathing savageness to strip the seasoning off a cast iron pan. As this immigrant was drowning in sadness and despair I was able to stick my head above water and take a big gulp of fresh air and inhale the sarcasm and wit my British soul was starved of for so long. Please never stop - my sanity depends on you!

OK, Jen. Fine. These white women with southern accents have my heart. I make it a point to have women’s voices emanating from my phone as often as possible. It delights me when I hear my husband laugh at them from the other room. If you think you don’t have anything in common with them, you’re wrong. If you think you know what they’re going to say, you’re wrong. They make me cackle each episode. They’re beautiful jerks. I love it.

Normally I hate podcasts that even mention life as a breeder but Pumps and Jen are very tolerable! They give me hope that the next generation isn’t totally F’d! I also really love the Pinky and the Brain (you decide who is who) energy of this show. I moved to Florida for college in 2001. It was a different place then. Now thanks to all the Trumpers moving here since 2020 for their “freedoms” and love for Governor Kitten Heels, it’s more Red than ever. I have been listening to the bright, shining Mounjaro star, pumps, and her much lesser-known, supporting star Jessica for around two years and absolutely love them. These two give a perspective on the world that everyone needs to hear. (I think that it could even be used as conversation therapy for Trumpers, but I digress.) I was listening to your episode “New Year, Same Us,” and I noticed that bright, young Kiley and Jessica (along with their very old elder, Pumps) are already showing signs of mental aging. They were listening to a voice memo that brought up the phrase “Ninja Lesbian,” and they all claimed they had never heard of the phrase. I couldn’t help but remember that there was an entire episode in 2023 titled “Ninja Lesbian”. This is Trump’s America, and you are competing with senile people like Joe Rogan. So just a reminder, you guys need to be as sharp as tacks during all of your episodes if we are going to pull through these next four years. I suggest that Kiley goes through flashcards before each episode to refresh the old mind of Pumps and the intelligent mind of Jessica. The broken momma hearts on FBook are so real and so nuts! Cameras in dorm halls for safety, absolutely yes. I feel so sorry for students who come unprepared and aren’t allowed to grow. And no, don’t email me - law - FERPA. We do pay attention to a lot of student behaviors positive and negative, so parents need not worry so much. There are real dangers on campuses and we are hyper aware.

For the record I am a millennial firmly in support of the Oxford comma. I teach in higher education and went back and forth with our marketing team (gen z) on adding my Oxford commas back in a blog post I wrote. Anyway, so glad I found your podcast, I love the unapologetic way you share exactly what you’re feeling. And by the way, as a parent do not email your child’s college professors.
