Can you let your guests speak more? You basically spoke more than Kwasi did. Also let the Scot speak more, he’s pretty witty and insightful.

It used to be a great show but now you have to pay to subscribe to hear the commentary and opinions. It’s just guests talking blandly about whatever with no pushback from Merryn because that’s behind the paywall. I can hear Cathy Wood’s advert for her ETF anywhere. Not worth listening too

For real she sounds like she’s in a large empty room. There’s such good technology for this and I don’t understand how the Bloomberg team doesn’t hear it. Be better Bloomberg. She’s solid though.

Merryn offers a terrific insight on a wide range of subjects that we all can benefit from. Her guests are thoughtful intelligent leaders in their field and a pure pleasure to listen to! As an added bonus she brought in the brilliant John Stepek. Thanks for your pod!

This is a fantastic podcast for the retail investor who wants to be more informed about the markets. Each episode I’ve listened to so far has provided new nuggets for me to consider in my investing journey. She puts the topic of the podcast into perspective for you each week and gives you the context you need. Hearing a UK perspective is so refreshing! Merryn is a gem!

It’s one of the two best Bloomberg podcasts. Yes, that’s a high compliment because I personally rank this right up there with Bloomberg’s outstanding flagship “Surveillance” show/podcast. Yes, I like MTM better than Odd Lots. Merryn Somerset Webb is outstanding. She reminds me of a British, female version of the inestimable Tom Keene from the Surveillance show; to wit: smart

Merryn is and always has been a courageous journalist. She goes to the edge of acceptable reason and peers over asking clear questions. Money week and the FT are poorer for losing her. I am delighted to see this new podcast abd will promote it to staff and clients alike. Sadly much of her writings will be behind a paywall and thus less accessible to the public, at a time when her insights are most needed. I met her recently at a Money Week conference in London and she was brilliant to listen to and ran the show with ease. Bravo. S
