Parenting #239

Boob to Food - the podcast, is brought to you by Luka McCabe and Kate Holm. There is so much noise in the parenting space (and we don't mean the tantruming toddler). We understand that it can feel confusing, conflicting and overwhelming. That's why we are bringing our years of experience as a midwife, nutritionist and naturopath - and mothers of 5 children between us, to help other mothers and families confidently navigate the rollercoaster of motherhood, from Boob to Food, and beyond. Each week on the podcast we will be sharing practical wisdom, interviewing experts in all things motherhood, health and parenting as well as interviewing inspirational mothers to share their stories about their parenting journey. Great show! Long Intro!
This is a great show and has a lot of great Evidence based information discussed and different point of views. For listeners like me who want strict info for educational purposes and less entertainment skip the first 10-15 min of each episode. The hosts are so sweet and smart and funny but unfortunately I’d rather just get to the meat and potatoes of the show. The first 10-15 min is the hosts talking about their personal lives - again totally fine just not for me.

    Excited
Love the variety of early motherhood content and excited for more feeding content, as I have just started our feeding journey with my 7 month old.
